Welcome back.

Two directions and you want to know more about the inner conflict that you have.
You want to gain more clarity.
This guided meditation can help you connect with yourself on a deeper level and to understand your values on a deeper level.
So when you're ready,
Just sit or lay down and allow your body to begin to find a position that feels comfortable for you for now.
And as you settle,
You may notice sounds or not yet notice them and then notice that you are noticing them all along.
And without needing to organize anything,
You might begin with three sounds or perhaps two sounds first and the third appears a moment later and that's perfectly fine.
One closer sound,
One further away and one that seems almost in between them and you don't need to hold them clearly.
Just allow them to be there.
And when you're ready,
You can think of this inner conflict that you're feeling in your body.
Perhaps one part wants to go one direction,
The other part wants to go for another direction.
Perhaps one part wants to quit,
Another part wants to continue.
Now focus on one of those options of the inner conflict that you have.
Where do you feel it in your body?
Now imagine that you can take the part of you that wants to go in the first direction.
Imagine connecting with that part of you.
Where is the part of you that wants to go to that first direction?
Where do you feel it in your body?
And you don't need to think about it.
Whatever comes up,
You can trust that.
Okay.
And imagine you can take it out of your body and you can put it on your left hand.
Is it heavy or light?
Does it have any shape?
Does it move or stand still?
Does it have any colors?
Now connect with your body again and feel where is this other part of you that wants to go for another direction.
Where do you feel that in your body?
Now again,
Whatever comes up first is what you can trust.
Now imagine that you can take that part of you and that you can put it on your right hand.
Is it heavy or light?
What shape does it have?
Does it have any colors?
Does it move or stand still?
Now go back to your left hand and see the first object or symbol in your left hand.
Now ask yourself what is the purpose of this symbol,
Of this object?
What is the highest positive intention of this symbol?
Is that the highest intention?
Or is there any intention that is even higher than that?
Now go back to the other hand and see the symbol again.
Take a good look at this symbol.
What does it look like?
What is it trying to do for you?
Or trying to tell you?
What does it remind you of?
And what is the highest positive intention of this object?
Okay.
And as you hold both parts,
You might begin to notice that they are not against you,
But for you.
They are trying to help you in different ways,
With the same intention oftentimes.
And perhaps there is a way for both to be heard,
To be seen.
And no matter if you have seen any objects or symbols,
Or if you didn't see or feel anything at all,
All is perfectly fine,
Knowing that you can trust yourself and that all answers are inside of you.
And here is just a reminder that silence often really creates space for those insights to come up.
Knowing that you're safe and know that in your own time,
When you're ready,
You can allow your eyes to open.
Perhaps feel the texture of the clothing that is touching your skin.
Notice the temperature in the room.
Move your neck from left to right,
Bringing yourself back to this moment and carrying with you exactly what you need moving forward.
