Welcome to House of Wellbeing.

This guided meditation audio will use powerful techniques to help you sink into a deep state of relaxation.

So please be sure that wherever you're listening to this audio you're in a safe and comfortable place free from distractions where you can fully relax and let go.

Please make sure you're sitting or lying comfortably in a place where you're free from interruptions where you can focus only on yourself and enjoy this time just for you.

Should you need to open your eyes at any time your subconscious mind will alert you and you'll easily come out of this beautiful state of relaxation.

But for now make sure your head is fully supported and that you're as comfortable as you can be as you gently close your eyes and begin your journey of enhanced physical and mental well-being.

Find a comfortable place removed from interruptions.

Maybe on a bed or in a comfy chair and close your eyes.

Now I want you to take a long deep breath in.

Hold it for a count of four and then breathe out to a count of six.

And again take a long deep breath in to a count of four.

Hold it for a count of four and then breathe out to a count of six.

And when you're ready I'd like you to imagine yourself in a room somewhere.

Perhaps it's your bedroom or a favorite room of yours.

Wherever it is you love it here.

It's a place you feel relaxed,

Calm and at peace.

As you walk into the room you notice it's dim.

There isn't much light but it's lovely and quiet.

So quiet that you can hear your feet as you slowly walk around.

You reach for a cupboard or drawer and pull out a candle and match.

You carefully light the candle and blow out the match as you place the candle on a table in front of you.

The flickering flame gives off a beautiful soft glow gently illuminating the room giving you a warm and soothing feeling inside.

You take a seat opposite the candle and watch it flickering becoming fixated by the flame.

You feel so calm and relaxed watching the flame.

You notice all of its beautiful colors yellow,

Orange,

Perhaps you can also see red,

Purple and blue.

Every time the flame moves it looks like it's dancing.

Teasing you with its beauty as you watch it expand and then flicker down into a smaller dance again.

You feel yourself growing calmer and calmer watching the flame.

It's as if all your worries and anxieties are melting away in the candles warmth and as the candle gets warmer and warmer you start to see the wax slowly starting to melt down its side sliding all the way down deeper down as the candles wax melts and relaxes.

You too relax sinking further into your bed or chair feeling your body getting heavier and heavier as you let go of tension.

Letting go of worries and anxieties now.

Feeling your body sliding into a deeper state of relaxation.

Letting all your worries and anxieties melt away in the candles heat.

You keep watching the candle and the dancing flame.

When I count down from ten to one you notice that when you watch the candle each time it flickers and the wax melts down the side.

You too will slide down into a state of deeper relaxation.

It's like your body and flame are in sync with one another melting together into perfect relaxation and when the candle melts and relaxes you too slide deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation.

Starting now.

Ten.

Watch the wax slowly sliding down the candle.

Feeling your body sliding down into a state of deep relaxation.

Nine.

Watch the wax dripping down again.

Feel all your worries and anxieties melt away.

Eight.

Sliding down deeper down.

Seven.

Six.

Keep watching the soft wax and flickering flame as you double your relaxation.

Four.

Going deeper deeper down.

As you slide into calmness and peacefulness.

Three.

Feel your body releasing any tension.

Letting go now.

Two.

Watch the cascading wax and the dancing flame as you slide down.

Down into relaxation.

And one as you watch another drop of wax drip down.

You feel total relaxation from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

You notice now that the candle has been getting smaller and smaller and soon the wick will flicker and go out.

And when it does the room will go dark.

And this will be a signal for you to enter the deepest state of relaxation that's possible for you.

I'll give you a minute now to watch the candle as it gets lower and lower.

Smaller and smaller and finally flickers out.

Leaving you in darkness and calmness.

Stillness.

Feeling safe and total peace.

You are now in a deep state of relaxation and I'd like to speak directly to your subconscious mind which often tries to protect us by keeping us in old out-of-date patterns.

I would like to thank your subconscious mind for doing such a great job of protecting you.

But it's okay to open up to new suggestions and opportunities.

You no longer need out-of-date emotions that no longer serve you.

Today your subconscious mind is open to receiving new and positive suggestions.

Now that you're in this deeply relaxed state it's time to talk about overcoming any death anxiety.

Fear of death or fear of mortality is easy to define.

It's the fear of the end of life.

Like almost any other type of anxiety,

Fear of death gets out of control when it begins to negatively impact your daily function.

So let's explore the truth about life together.

It's true that one day we will pass on.

But have you ever wondered why we fear this inevitable truth?

Whether it's our own mortality or the passing of loved ones,

The concept of death can be unsettling.

Yet it's an integral part of the natural cycle just like birth.

Let's consider the mystery of life's origin.

None of us truly know where we came from.

In the same vein how can we know where we're heading to after death?

Let's delve into your imagination.

Tapping into your inner intuition.

You know you are part of the vast universe.

Surrounded by the magic of celestial bodies.

The moon,

The Sun and the stars.

Your existence itself is magical.

Possessing a conscious mind.

Have you ever considered that your consciousness may transcend physical existence?

The fearing of death is the downside of human intelligence.

But today as we open our minds we explore a new way of thinking.

We know life must end for all living beings and that's okay.

Because perhaps the human shell may pass.

But life always continues just in a different way.

In a different form.

Imagine for a moment that we are eternal energy beings.

Never truly ceasing to exist.

In this perspective life is a journey of learning and growth.

Each experience positive or negative contributes to the cosmic pool of knowledge.

Guiding the evolutionary process of our species.

Facing our fears and weaknesses is an essential aspect of life's lessons.

As you embrace your unique journey now.

For it is your own and it shapes you as an individual.

Life is a beautiful yet challenging tapestry.

Appreciating the beauty of existence is amplified by the awareness of our mortality.

Death gives meaning to life.

Reminding us of its preciousness.

So embrace life and perhaps even find peace in the idea that death is just another part of this cosmic journey.

Your next journey.

Your loved one's next journeys.

And as each day passes you notice a growing sense of tranquility and inner peace when contemplating the concept of death.

For it's not the end yet another new beginning.

The fear that once gripped you has now transformed into a profound acceptance and profound understanding as you respect the circle of life.

When one life ends another life begins.

You understand that death is an inherent part of our human existence.

However your focus has shifted.

Instead of fixating on thoughts of death you're now dedicated to embracing life.

Right here right now you are living,

Breathing.

Your loved ones are living and breathing.

So you focus on each and every day.

Instead of worrying about what might or might not happen in the future you know that death is a fact of life and you can't control that.

But you can control the way you live and use the time that's been given to you.

So you make sure you look after yourself.

Eating more healthily.

Exercising more and taking care of your mind and body.

I'd like you now to imagine a book with two chapters.

The first chapter filled with apprehension and worry about death.

Full of all the thoughts and feelings you've had around dying or loved ones passing.

As you look over the first chapter you notice it makes for a difficult read.

Full of negative thoughts,

Anxiety and stress that you no longer want to keep hold of.

Now I'd like you to imagine the second chapter brimming with enthusiasm for life.

Living in the here and now.

Doing things you love.

Things you're passionate about.

Things that bring you joy and make you laugh.

Being surrounded by loved ones.

In a moment you're going to imagine picking your book up and the pages falling straight to the second chapter.

As you choose to switch from the first chapter to the second.

Turning your thoughts towards living life now to the fullest.

From now on in you are determined to make the most of every moment.

Creating a vibrant bucket list of experiences and adventures to savour in the next 1,

3,

5 or even 10 years.

With each passing day you find yourself bubbling with excitement.

A newfound passion and curiosity propels you to connect with new people.

Embark on new adventures and explore uncharted territories.

When it comes to those you hold dear you grant them the gift of living life to the fullest.

Enjoying their presence and the time you have with them.

You understand that life is meant to be experienced not feared.

As you release the desire to wrap your loved ones in protective layers and instead rejoice in witnessing their lives flourishing.

Living their lives to the fullest.

Enjoying new experiences and creating memories.

Any lingering fear around death now dissolves and dissipates.

Leaving your body free and unburdened.

You recognize that death is not a good reason to spend your days worrying.

Instead you use your days for more worthwhile things as you make the most of living.

You engage in meaningful endeavors to occupy your thoughts.

Leaving less room for fear.

Your mortality can inspire creativity and productivity.

The awareness of limited time now prompts you to make choices and take action.

Which may not be the case if we were immortal.

Your authenticity involves aligning your values,

Preferences,

Goals,

Decisions and actions each and every day.

From now on you focus on what truly matters in your life and those you love.

Pursuing intrinsic goals that serve as a buffer against the anxiety of death.

Feeling needed and significant to others.

Fulfilling a universal human need.

Those interpersonal relationships contribute to our sense of self-worth and our understanding of our place in the world.

You recognize now that confronting your fear of death is more effective than avoiding it.

So you feel much more comfortable reading about death.

Perhaps writing a will or imagining your own death which helps you to reduce your anxiety.

And you're more open and your acceptance of death brings about the most strange thing.

It consciously leads you to your greatest relief.

Letting go of fear now.

Addressing mortality alleviates your anxiety and enhances the quality of your life.

That awareness encourages you to live more meaningfully and no longer postpone your aspirations.

Living your life to the fullest.

Remembering when one life ends another life begins.

All these positive messages are now firmly embedded in your subconscious mind and they'll grow stronger and stronger day by day.

Stronger by the day.

Stronger by the hour and stronger by the minute.

And when you're ready you'll gently emerge from your state of relaxation.

Open your eyes feeling fully awake refreshed and alert.
