Good morning.

You've chosen to start your day with energy focus and a sense of purpose.

This session will use rhythmic breathing to wake up your mind and body infusing you with vitality and positivity.

Find a comfortable position.

Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in.

And when you're ready exhale completely.

Let's begin your day with intention and energy.

To prepare your body will start with gentle breathing.

Take a deep inhale through your nose filling your lungs completely.

Slowly.

And exhale slowly through your mouth.

Letting go of any sleepiness or lingering fatigue.

Again inhale deeply.

And exhale fully.

Feeling your body start to awaken.

And with each breath you feel yourself becoming more and more.

Allow your shoulders to relax and your chest to expand.

Let your breath be your guide as we move into an energizing rhythm.

Now we're going to energize the body with quick rhythmic breaths.

And this will help to awaken your mind and invigorate your body.

Begin now by breathing in and out relatively quickly through your nose.

Keeping the breath short and even.

Like a steady drumbeat.

The inhale and exhale should be equal in length.

In and out through your nose quick and intentional.

Inhale exhale.

Inhale exhale.

Inhale exhale.

Inhale exhale.

Inhale.

And now allow your breath to return to a normal pace now.

Take a moment or two to adjust.

Good.

If you feel comfortable let's go for another round.

And this time we'll go for a little longer.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

And you can continue now on your own for a moment or two.

And when you're ready you can allow your breathing to return to its normal pace again.

Notice how your body feels.

Your heart rate increasing slightly.

Your mind becoming sharper.

And energy beginning to flow through you.

And you enjoy the feeling of waking up fully and powerfully.

And now let's shift to slow deep energising breaths.

Take a long deep inhalation in through your nose.

Drawing in fresh vital energy.

Hold it at the top for just a moment.

And exhale completely.

Releasing any tension.

And let's do that again.

Inhale deeply.

Filling your lungs with energy and life.

Hold it briefly.

And exhale fully.

Feeling yourself becoming even more awake and alert.

With each deep breath imagine that you're filling your entire body with a bright invigorating light.

As you exhale feel that light radiating outwards energising every cell of your being.

Now as you breathe deeply and steadily visualising yourself standing in a sunlit field.

The sun is rising.

It's golden light warming your skin and filling you with energy.

With each inhale imagine drawing that sunlight into your body.

Filling you with vitality and focus.

And with each exhalation you see yourself releasing any lingering fatigue or sluggishness.

Letting it simply melt away.

Feel the warmth and brightness of this light spreading through you.

From the tips of your fingers to the soles of your feet.

You are awake,

Alive and ready to embrace the day.

Let's seal this energy with some affirmations.

Repeat silently or aloud as you breathe deeply.

I am energised and ready for the day.

I embrace today with focus,

Positivity and strength.

My breath fuels my body and mind with vibrant energy.

And you can take a few more deep breaths now.

Allowing these affirmations to sink deeply into your mind and body.

You feel the truth of these words as they become your reality.

Remember your breath is a powerful tool for energy and focus.

Whenever you need a boost during your day.

You can return to this practice reconnecting with the vitality within you.

You've set the tone now for a positive and productive day.

And you carry this energy with you.

And you make it amazing.

Now gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Feeling energy flowing through them.

Roll your shoulders back.

Feeling your body awake and alive.

And when you're ready you can open your eyes.

Taking in the light of a new day.

You take one final deep energising breath in.

And exhale fully.

Feeling invigorated and ready to take on the day ahead.
