Welcome to House of Wellbeing.

This guided meditation audio will use powerful techniques to help you sink into a deep state of relaxation.

So please be sure that wherever you're listening to this audio you're in a safe and comfortable place free from distractions where you can fully relax and let go.

Please make sure you're sitting or lying comfortably in a place where you're free from interruptions where you can focus only on yourself and enjoy this time just for you.

Should you need to open your eyes at any time your subconscious mind will alert you and you'll easily come out of this beautiful state of relaxation.

But for now make sure your head is fully supported and that you're as comfortable as you can be as you gently close your eyes and begin your journey of enhanced physical and mental well-being.

Find a comfortable place with minimal distractions.

Maybe on a bed or in a comfy chair and close your eyes.

Now I want you to take a long deep breath in and hold it for the count of four.

And then breathe out for the count of six.

Again when you're ready take a long deep breath in and hold it for the count of four.

Hold it for the count of four and then breathe out for the count of six.

And now just allow your breathing to return to normal,

Your normal breathing pace.

And you can allow your eyes to gently close as you start to sink into relaxation now.

Taking this time for yourself as you let nothing bother nor disturb you.

This is your time just for you.

Feeling heavy and comfortable.

I'd like you now to imagine a warm ball of light.

So warm and healing.

Imagine it now as it moves down through your body starting at the top of your head and your forehead.

Imagine those muscles releasing completely as the warm ball of light radiates healing energy into those areas.

Visualize it now moving down to your ears,

Your face,

The tiny muscles around your eyes and mouth.

Muscles releasing now with the warmth.

Calm,

Relaxed,

Heavy and comfortable.

Gentle breaths in and out as you listen to the sound of my voice.

And see the light now as it's moving slowly and gently down into the muscles around your neck.

Your neck shortening as all the muscles simply release.

The light moves down to your shoulders,

Your upper back and arms,

Hands all the way to the tips of your fingers.

Feel the warm healing light as it releases those muscles sinking into the frame of your body now.

So heavy,

So comfortable and so calm.

And you can go deeper now as the light moves to your lower back,

Your pelvis and your stomach.

Notice how those muscles simply want to release as you take gentle breaths in and out.

Muscles simply relaxing.

A feeling of calm flooding you now.

The warm ball of light gently moving down to your thighs,

Your knees,

Your calves.

Muscles releasing.

A feeling of comfortable heaviness.

You're too comfortable to move.

You're perfectly happy just where you are.

Your feet and toes now releasing.

Every part of your body relaxed,

Safe and calm.

You're now in a deep state of relaxation and I'd like to speak directly to your subconscious mind which often tries to protect us by keeping us in old out-of-date patterns.

I want to thank your subconscious mind for doing such a great job of protecting you.

But it's okay to open up to new suggestions and opportunities.

You no longer need out-of-date emotions that no longer serve you.

Today your subconscious mind is open to receiving new and positive suggestions.

Now that you're in this deeply relaxed state it's time to talk about finding purpose and fulfillment.

Purpose is why you get out of bed in the morning even when you know your day may be challenging.

It gives you a clear sense of direction,

Meaning and goals in order to create a better and more fulfilling life.

But purpose for one person may be completely different for someone else as our individual purpose in life is as unique as our own fingerprint.

So let's start by thinking about your values and what motivates you in life.

What fundamental beliefs and principles guide you when you make decisions,

Influence your behavior and even your interaction with others?

For instance do you value compassion,

Integrity or resilience?

In your mind I'd like you to think of three values.

Once you've thought of those three values that are most important to you see yourself writing them down on an imaginary piece of paper.

Take this paper and hold it in your hand and then move the hand and hold it over your heart.

These three values are now imprinted on your heart and you will always remember them as they act like a guiding star directing and helping you to find purpose that aligns with your values as you stay motivated to work towards your personal goals.

And as you search and work towards your goals you start to look for ways to help others.

For instance you may want to volunteer in your local community or donate money to a valuable cause,

Perhaps helping a neighbor or simply smiling at people you meet.

These little moments of happiness bring joy not only into your life but also into the lives of others,

Giving you more purpose as you feel more connected to others,

Being more involved with your community and causes close to your heart.

You are so grateful for everything that you have in your life and you recognize that some people aren't as fortunate as you,

So you spread these random acts of kindness to as many people as you can,

Knowing that you can make a difference to their world and to yours.

And if you find yourself faced with struggles or challenges in your life,

You feel your resilience increase,

Knowing that you have the courage and strength to pull through anything because with every challenge comes growth and opportunity.

You start to explore your passions and interests more,

Giving you a good indicator of the area in which your life purpose may be.

Perhaps you're a great people person and you can explore being a mentor and helping others.

Or perhaps you're an exceptional cook and can turn it into a side hustle or source of income.

Whatever it may be,

You allow yourself to explore your passions and interests more.

And as you do so,

You meet like-minded people who share your passions,

Interests and values too.

Each time you do this,

You're one step closer to having more purpose in your life.

You spend time with people who are positive and who support you,

Choosing to release and let go of any negativity in your life or people that no longer serve you in positive ways.

You evaluate your relationships and you make sure you're surrounding yourself with aspirational,

Positive people who lift you up.

You start to put yourself first by prioritising self-care.

You ensure you eat more healthily,

You exercise more and you get plenty of sleep.

You realise that finding your purpose in life doesn't have to be hard,

As discovering your purpose is an ongoing journey and you find fulfilment by exploring your passions and aligning them with meaningful pursuits.

You believe that purpose is a guiding force in life.

You find fulfilment by seeking those activities that resonate with your values.

By exploring your unique talents and contributing to the wellbeing of others,

You uncover a sense of purpose that propels you towards a much more fulfilling life.

A life you never dreamt would be possible.

In your quest for purpose,

You cherish your relationships and you engage in activities that resonate within your soul.

Each and every day,

Getting closer and closer to your purpose.

Until one day,

And only when you're ready,

You acknowledge your purpose has been found.

Congratulations my friend,

You now live a more fulfilled and purposeful life.

All these positive messages are now firmly embedded in your subconscious mind and they'll grow stronger and stronger day by day.

Stronger by the day,

Stronger by the hour and stronger by the minute.

And when you're ready,

You'll gently emerge from your state of relaxation,

Open your eyes,

Feeling fully awake,

Refreshed and alert.
