Welcome to House of Wellbeing.

You're listening to the Financial Anxiety Hypnotherapy audio.

This guided meditation audio will use powerful techniques to help you sink into a deep state of relaxation.

So please be sure that wherever you're listening to this audio you're in a safe and comfortable place free from distractions where you can fully relax and let go.

Please make sure you're sitting or lying comfortably in a place where you're free from interruptions where you can focus only on yourself and enjoy this time just for you.

Should you need to open your eyes at any time your subconscious mind will alert you and you'll easily come out of this beautiful state of relaxation.

But for now make sure your head is fully supported and that you're as comfortable as you can be as you gently close your eyes and begin your journey of enhanced physical and mental well-being.

Find a comfortable place removed from interruptions.

Maybe on a bed or in a comfy chair and close your eyes.

Now I want you to take a long deep breath in.

Hold it for a count of four and then breathe out to a count of six.

And again take a long deep breath in to a count of four.

Hold it for a count of four and then breathe out to a count of six.

And when you're ready I'd like you to imagine yourself in a room somewhere.

Perhaps it's your bedroom or a favorite room of yours.

Wherever it is you love it here.

It's a place you feel relaxed,

Calm and at peace.

As you walk into the room you notice it's dim.

There isn't much light but it's lovely and quiet.

So quiet that you can hear your feet as you slowly walk around.

You reach for a cupboard or drawer and pull out a candle and match.

You carefully light the candle and blow out the match as you place the candle on a table in front of you.

The flickering flame gives off a beautiful soft glow gently illuminating the room giving you a warm and soothing feeling inside.

You take a seat opposite the candle and watch it flickering becoming fixated by the flame.

You feel so calm and relaxed watching the flame.

You notice all of its beautiful colors yellow,

Orange,

Perhaps you can also see red,

Purple and blue.

Every time the flame moves it looks like it's dancing teasing you with its beauty as you watch it expand and then flicker down into a smaller dance again.

You feel yourself growing calmer and calmer watching the flame.

It's as if all your worries and anxieties are melting away in the candles warmth and as the candle gets warmer and warmer you start to see the wax slowly starting to melt down its side sliding all the way down deeper down as the candles wax melts and relaxes.

You too relax sinking further into your bed or chair feeling your body getting heavier and heavier as you let go of tension.

Letting go of worries and anxieties now.

Feeling your body sliding into a deeper state of relaxation.

Letting all your worries and anxieties melt away in the candles heat.

You keep watching the candle and the dancing flame.

When I count down from ten to one you notice that when you watch the candle each time it flickers and the wax melts down the side.

You too will slide down into a state of deeper relaxation.

It's like your body and flame are in sync with one another melting together into perfect relaxation.

And when the candle melts and relaxes you too slide deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation.

Starting now.

Ten.

Watch the wax slowly sliding down the candle.

Feeling your body sliding down into a state of deep relaxation.

Nine.

Watch the wax dripping down again.

Feel all your worries and anxieties melt away.

Eight.

Sliding down deeper down.

Seven.

Six.

Keep watching the soft wax and flickering flame as you double your relaxation.

Four.

Going deeper deeper down as you slide into calmness and peacefulness.

Three.

Feel your body releasing any tension.

Letting go now.

Two.

Watch the cascading wax and the dancing flame as you slide down down into relaxation.

And one.

As you watch another drop of wax drip down.

You feel total relaxation from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

You notice now that the candle has been getting smaller and smaller and soon the wick will flicker and go out.

And when it does the room will go dark and this will be a signal for you to enter the deepest state of relaxation that's possible for you.

I'll give you a minute now to watch the candle as it gets lower and lower.

Smaller and smaller and finally flickers out.

Leaving you in darkness and calmness.

Stillness.

Feeling safe and total peace.

You are now in a deep state of relaxation and I'd like to speak directly to your subconscious mind which often tries to protect us by keeping us in old out-of-date patterns.

I would like to thank your subconscious mind for doing such a great job of protecting you but it's okay to open up to new suggestions and opportunities.

You no longer need out-of-date emotions that no longer serve you.

Today your subconscious mind is open to receiving new and positive suggestions.

Now that you're in this deeply relaxed state it's time to go over any feelings of financial anxiety.

Financial anxiety can be learned through our experiences and the influences of our parents,

Peers and ancestors.

Finances are often perceived as a mindset but our upbringing can shape how we handle money.

If our family history includes financial stability we may have a positive outlook on money.

Conversely if there was a financial struggle it can affect our decision making around finances.

Overcoming these old limiting beliefs involves inner work to unlearn negative patterns.

Today we will help you adopt an open-minded perspective towards your financial freedom so we can unlock your true potential.

It's crucial to let go of anxiety and fear related to financial failure and instead embrace the abundance of life as you start to believe in yourself and trust that the universe will provide you with the necessary lessons to allow you to thrive.

Let's work on cultivating financial abundance together now.

Can you recognize how your beliefs limit your possibilities?

Anxiety often takes root in such thoughts so let's begin by addressing any anxious feelings you may have.

I'd like you to think about what triggers your financial anxiety now.

Take a moment to think about your financial stress,

Anxiety and worries.

I'd like you to think of three things that worry you the most.

Perhaps you feel anxious because you want to progress but you fear failure or perhaps you've experienced loss and are starting over.

Whatever it may be allow your subconscious mind to think of three things that you want to overcome.

Once you have those three things I'd like you to write them down on three individual pieces of paper.

Pick up the first piece of paper with your financial worry on it and allow your subconscious mind to help you come up with a realistic solution for how you can overcome it.

This doesn't necessarily have to be a complete fix to your problem but something small that you can do to help change your financial habits or change in your lifestyle to improve the situation.

Once you have a solution I'd like you to write the solution underneath the worry reminding yourself that there is always a way,

Always help at hand,

Always solutions to our problems.

Then follow this process and do the same for the other two worries starting now.

Now you have found small steps to helping you solve some financial worries.

It's crucial to retrain your mind,

To release negativity and fear and instead replace it with optimism and hope as you challenge any negative thoughts you have around your financial anxiety.

Knowing that these thoughts are not facts,

They're merely just that.

So you ask yourself when you have a negative thought,

Are things really as bad as they seem?

Can I get help?

Is there another way to look at the situation?

How helpful is the thought I'm having?

Can I ignore it?

You keep your thoughts positive and full of hope for the future.

As you say out loud or inwardly to yourself,

I will get through this.

I am resilient and strong.

I won't allow my financial situation now to distract me from my future.

My finances will not defeat me.

I will conquer any debts.

I attract success,

Happiness and money.

I am NOT my financial circumstances.

I can create a budget and stick to it.

I am a magnet for money.

Money flows more freely to me now.

You find comfort and confidence in the abundance that life offers.

Trusting that the universe will provide the lessons and opportunities you need in order to thrive.

You take your time to learn about money as you educate yourself in bite-sized chunks.

Learning about budgeting,

Banking,

Mortgages,

Whatever you need to learn about.

You dedicate no more than 30 minutes a day researching,

Reading,

Speaking to people.

You don't hesitate to seek expert advice when necessary.

Seeking help from financial advisors or accountants to help offer you valuable insights on optimal financial management or just speaking to friends and family.

And as you learn more you implement the things you learn.

You start to create your own personalized budget that lays out your income sources and necessary expenses such as rent,

Utilities and groceries.

You dedicate a month to tracking your spending to identify areas where you can optimize and channel extra funds towards savings or spending more wisely.

By crafting a budget and mindfully tracking your spending you harness the ability to design a prosperous future that aligns with your dreams and ambitions.

Your regular money check-ins get you into the habit of regularly checking in with your finances as you take control of your relationship with money.

Armed with some solutions and your unwavering commitment you now assert control over your finances,

Shaping your destiny on your terms.

I'd like you now to use your powerful mind to picture yourself outside by a river.

The river isn't deep and it's perfectly safe.

As you watch the river you notice something different about it.

The water isn't a normal color.

As you step closer you can see the water is the color of gold.

Beautiful glimmering gold signifying money,

Success and abundance.

Take a moment now to step into the river and imagine yourself gently floating down the river of forever flowing gold,

Symbolizing constant financial freedom.

The gold water carries you along and you are completely weightless.

There's nothing you need to do except lie there and enjoy floating down your river of gold.

As you float down the river the gold seeps into your body and fills you with positivity,

Empowerment and hope.

You feel so free for the first time in a long time.

You feel so hopeful and optimistic.

You take these feelings with you into your day-to-day life and as you do this visualization is deeply embedded into your subconscious helping you to release self-imposed obstacles and keeping you in a continuous flow towards financial abundance.

You are on the right journey to financial happiness one step at a time.

All these positive messages are now firmly embedded in your subconscious mind and they'll grow stronger and stronger day by day.

Stronger by the day,

Stronger by the hour and stronger by the minute.

And when you're ready you'll gently emerge from your state of relaxation.

Open your eyes feeling fully awake,

Refreshed and alert.
