This guided meditation for Conquering Anxiety session is aimed at people who might be feeling anxiety symptoms, who are overwhelmed, out of control or fearful. Worries, fears and anxieties are not usually physically or mentally damaging and are necessary responses if we are in danger. But we need to make our anxieties work for us and not preventing us doing things in our daily lives. This audio can help you to re-programme your mind to stop worrying and to overcome your anxiety disorder by replacing the negative unwanted thoughts and behaviours with positive, calm ones. We recommend that you listen to this session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs, overcome your old anxiety disorder and help your mind to create new neural pathways to manage feelings of anxiety once and for all.
