Welcome to House of Wellbeing.
You're listening to Becoming Fearlessly You hypnotherapy for self-discovery and confidence.
This guided meditation and hypnotherapy audio will use powerful techniques to help you sink into a deep state of relaxation.
Please make sure you're sitting or lying comfortably in a place where you're free from interruptions,
Where you can fully relax and let go.
This is a time to focus only on yourself and enjoy this time just for you.
Should you need to open your eyes at any time your subconscious mind will alert you and you'll easily come out of this beautiful state of relaxation.
But right now there's nothing at all you need to do apart from gently close your eyes,
Relax,
Lie back and let go and really enjoy these peaceful feelings and all the benefits that come with it.
Find a comfortable place where you have limited interruptions.
Now I want you to take a long breath in,
Hold it for a count of four and then breathe out for a count of six.
Once again when you're ready take a long deep breath in for a count of four,
Hold it for a count of four and then breathe out for a count of six.
And I want you to imagine that you're on a beautiful beach,
Maybe it's a tropical beach,
On a beautiful island or a shore or a coastal beach that brings back positive childhood memories.
Or perhaps it's a beach with fond memories that you created with friends,
Families or loved ones.
Wherever it may be you love it here,
It's your special place and as you walk along the beach you can feel the water rushing onto the shore,
Covering your feet and then washing out to sea again,
Bringing with it a feeling of relaxation that washes over you.
The sun is warm and inviting,
As you turn your face towards the sky the warmth on your face feels so calming and soothing.
Nothing is needed of you here,
This time is just for you,
Time to put yourself first.
On your beach you can relax and let go as you take this time to recharge and unwind.
There's a gentle breeze caressing your face,
Helping you to feel cool and calm in your special place.
You listen to the soft sounds of the crashing waves,
Washing in and washing out.
You feel calmness washing over you.
The sea relaxes you with its rhythmic movements,
Washing in calmness and relaxation and washing out worries,
Anxieties and tension.
You notice more sounds around you,
Perhaps you can hear birds flying above you in the sky,
Maybe you can hear coconuts falling from a tree behind you or fish splashing in the sea.
You love these sounds as they help soothe you,
Making you feel more relaxed,
More at peace,
Helping you to relax your mind and body.
You notice a hammock in the distance,
Barely swaying in the breeze beneath a palm tree.
You walk over to the hammock,
Wanting to take a little rest.
You gently crawl in and lay down,
Letting the hammock cradle you in the shade and you close your eyes as the hammock swings from side to side,
Mesmerizing and soothing you into a deep state of relaxation.
Each time the hammock swings you feel more and more relaxed,
Like its rhythm is releasing tension,
Bringing tranquility and calmness.
In a moment the hammock is going to sway three times and each time it sways you will triple your relaxation.
Starting now,
Three going deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Two,
Releasing any tension.
Feeling yourself sinking deeper into the hammock.
And one,
Your relaxation has tripled.
You now feel total calmness throughout your mind and body.
I'm going to give you a minute now to enjoy this time.
The breeze on your face,
Your hammock gently swaying,
Relaxing more and more.
Enjoy the quietness as you sink down into the hammock,
Listening to the ocean washing into the shore,
Feeling more and more relaxed.
You're now in a deep state of relaxation where your subconscious mind is now open to receiving new and positive suggestions.
I want to thank your subconscious mind for doing such a great job of protecting you,
But you no longer need out-of-date emotions that no longer serve you.
Today your subconscious mind is open to receiving new and positive suggestions.
Many people struggle with showing their authentic selves due to fear,
Anxiety and other uncomfortable emotions.
And it's quite common to take on inauthentic characteristics or behaviors because of this.
Perhaps you have felt pressured by others or you've believed it may help you achieve a certain type of success.
Whatever it may be,
It's stopped you from living an authentic life.
But in order to be authentic,
I want you to think about what's stopping you.
What are the barriers?
What blockages do you need to get rid of?
I'd like you to think about this now.
Is it fear?
Is it embarrassment or lack of confidence?
I'd like you to be honest with yourself and let your subconscious mind guide you to answers that come to you.
I'll leave you for a minute now to think about what's genuinely stopping you from expressing your true self.
Now that you've identified what's stopping you from being fearlessly you,
Your barriers,
Your challenges,
Your insecurities,
I'd like you to turn it into a picture or an image.
So for instance if it's lack of confidence that has been stopping you,
You may picture yourself walking away from something.
I want you to picture what you're afraid of in your mind now.
This can be with or without sound and I'd like you now to make it larger and larger.
So start with the image the size of a postcard.
Now enlarge it to the size of a car.
Now a house.
Now make it bigger than ten football pitches.
Now bigger than the whole of London and keep going until you make it unrealistically large.
This image is now so unrealistic in your mind that you now see it from a different perspective.
Not something to be afraid of but something comical and unrealistic.
This should not be stopping you from living the life you want to live.
This is nothing for you to worry about.
As you look at your ridiculously large image and almost laugh at how absurd it is,
When I click my fingers and say now this image will pop and dissolve into millions of tiny pieces.
Pieces so small that they just float away in the air immediately.
In three,
Two,
One,
Now.
Watch it pop and dissolve as the wind picks up the tiny pieces and blows them away into the sky far far away.
You watch as they disappear and you let go of the fear with grace.
From now on in any feelings of doubt,
Fear,
Worry or uncertainty have now disappeared and you choose to live a more authentic life.
To believe in yourself and your abilities.
To adopt habits and behaviors that align with your true values.
Feeling more and more comfortable with yourself and who you truly are.
No longer seeking external validation but living your own truth and no one else's.
As you embrace who you are loving yourself,
Being unique and fearlessly authentically you.
You are beautiful,
Confident,
Funny,
Intelligent and worthy of respect.
As you start to believe in yourself the possibilities in your life become endless.
You pay attention to what brings you joy,
Allowing more joy in and releasing things that no longer bring you happiness.
Letting go of things that no longer serve you.
As you take responsibility now you have clear intentions about who you want to be and how you want to feel.
You feel more and more in control each and every day.
Knowing that you are the only person who can find your authentic truth and create the life you want.
And you are creating the life you want.
You accept who you are.
Accepting your strengths and weaknesses.
No longer striving for perfection.
Knowing that you're trying your best and doing enough.
Your confidence grows more and more with each and every day.
As you come to terms with who you are you use less energy and waste less time on worrying or negative thoughts.
When a negative or limiting thought comes into your head you immediately acknowledge it and then release it.
Not giving it time to ruminate or to seep into your subconscious.
It comes into your mind and then simply goes out again.
Like pulling a plug out of a socket.
Cutting the thought immediately.
This helps to keep your thoughts positive at all times.
As you choose to think positively and be optimistic about life,
Positive thinking starts to lead to positive experiences.
Your energy is giving off higher vibrations.
Leaving you feeling lighter,
Happier and more at ease.
You no longer worry about what people think or say about you.
As you're confident in who you are and what you have to offer.
Saying to yourself,
I believe in myself.
I am enough.
I will live an authentic life.
I am powerful.
I am courageous.
I am fearless.
I'm becoming more and more the person I want to be each and every day.
You choose to surround yourself with people that build you up.
As you become more inquisitive,
Curious and courageous.
You have a quest to learn more and to take yourself on a journey of self-discovery and growth.
And you practice authentic living.
You feel more yourself,
Calmer and at peace.
Being real,
Compassionate,
Humble and honest when you need to be.
Authenticity beams from you like rays of sunlight.
Lighting up those around you as a new you is emerging.
Like a butterfly breaking free from a cocoon.
No longer feeling stuck but emerging more beautiful,
More powerful and free.
You learn to put yourself first more as you balance your work life in more productive ways.
Feeling more in control at all times.
Learning to prioritize.
To tackle one task at a time.
To delegate when you can and to say no more often.
Finding it easier to juggle and manage the challenges that life throws at you.
As you feel more resilient and much stronger.
More able to cope each and every day.
You feel more comfortable listening to your gut,
Your subconscious mind,
Your instincts and your heart.
Letting go of any ego,
Fear,
Anxiety or negativity.
You have a chance now to rewrite your story.
To change the narrative.
To star in the movie you want to be in.
To be the leading lady you deserve to be.
Your newfound confidence and strength helps you to lead fearlessly.
And as you lead,
Others follow.
As you surround yourself with people who fill you with energy and inspire you.
Your self-confidence and self-love soars as you manifest the future,
The career and the life you want.

And these suggestions are firmly embedded in your subconscious mind.
And they grow stronger and stronger day by day.
