If you’re exhausted but your body still won’t relax, this meditation is for you. Sometimes the mind is ready for sleep, but the body is still holding tension, stress, hypervigilance, or emotional overwhelm. Through gentle body awareness, breath, and a deeply calming Yoga Nidra body scan, this meditation helps your system soften naturally without forcing sleep. Together, we release the subtle places that often stay tense throughout the day: the jaw, tongue, throat, chest, belly, and back of the body. As the practice deepens, your body begins to feel safe enough to let go. Perfect for anxiety at night, racing thoughts, nervous system overwhelm, stress held in the body, insomnia and difficulty falling asleep, emotional exhaustion, and overthinking before bed. The guidance gradually becomes slower and more spacious, allowing you to drift naturally into rest. You do not need to stay awake until the end. Please note: Because this practice encourages deep relaxation and sleep, please do not listen while driving or operating heavy machinery.
