Let's begin.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down,

And close your eyes.

Take a moment and imagine this.

The sun rises every single day without hesitation.

It doesn't ask,

Will I be bright enough today,

Or what if the clouds block me?

It simply shows up,

Steady and strong,

Offering its light regardless of what lies ahead.

You too have that same steady light within you,

But life has its challenges and sometimes we forget our inner brightness.

This morning I invite you to connect with it,

Not through force,

But by simply being present and allowing your energy to rise naturally,

Just like the sun at dawn.

So take a deep breath in through your nose and hold it for a moment.

Now gently exhale through your mouth,

Feel the air leaving your body and carrying away any heaviness from yesterday.

This is your moment to reconnect with your inner light.

Take a few more deep breaths on your own,

Inhaling through the nose and pausing,

And then exhaling deeply,

Just letting go of heaviness from sleep or any tension you might be carrying.

Come back to your normal breath and visualize you're standing beside a cool,

Calm river at dawn.

The water is clear and steady,

Flowing gently to its destination.

The river represents your morning energy.

It doesn't need to rush or struggle,

It simply flows.

Take a moment to align your breath with the rhythm of the river.

Inhale,

Like the river drawing new energy from its source,

And exhale,

Letting the water carry anything that doesn't serve you.

Feel the cool mist of the river,

Refreshing and awakening your senses with each breath.

And as you breathe,

Imagine this river is washing over your body and removing any tension or resistance.

Feel that it's clearing the path for your day to unfold with ease.

You're not separate from this river,

You're flowing with it,

Effortlessly moving towards everything you're meant to do today.

Let's go a little deeper now.

Imagine stepping into the river,

Its gentle current moving around your legs.

With every step,

You feel more grounded and connected to your purpose.

Pause here and ask yourself,

What do I truly need today?

Don't rush the answer,

Let it rise naturally like a whisper from within.

It might be something simple like rest,

Patience,

Creativity,

Or courage.

And as the river flows around you,

It whispers back,

You already have everything you need.

This is your truth,

You don't need to fix or change yourself to meet the day.

You're enough just as you are.

So feel this truth settle into your heart,

Like a pebble gently sinking into the riverbed.

Now step out of the river and find a quiet place to sit by its edge.

Imagine the first rays of sunlight touching your skin,

Warm and golden.

As you sit,

Reflect on the gift of this morning.

This is another chance to start fresh,

To create,

To connect,

And to simply be.

Now think of one small act of kindness you can bring into your day.

It might be for yourself or for someone else.

Allow this thought to arise naturally.

Just know that this act doesn't need to be grand.

You're simply setting the intention for your day.

Breathe deeply and feel your energy expand.

Feel that you are ready to meet the day,

Not as a task or challenge,

But as an opportunity to share your beautiful light.

As we close,

Imagine yourself standing again by the river.

The sun has fully risen now.

The world around you is alive,

Vibrant,

And full of possibility.

Repeat silently to yourself,

I am steady like the river.

I rise naturally like the sun.

I have everything I need within me already.

Now take one last deep breath in.

Exhale completely,

Letting your morning energy align with your purpose.

Take a moment of gratitude for this gift of being alive,

For your body,

And for this new beautiful day.

When you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Notice how the world looks just a little brighter now,

As though it's reflecting the light within you.

Go forward into your day with ease,

Grace,

And a deep sense of connection.
