Good morning,

Good evening,

And good night.

Welcome to this journey,

This journey of tapping into our higher consciousness,

This journey of accessing the power of our subconscious mind.

If you've ever felt like you were not good enough,

If you've ever felt like you are not enough,

If you've ever felt like everything that you've done is still not enough,

If you've ever felt like you are hanging on by a thread from other people's approval or validation,

I feel you,

I understand you.

If you've ever felt all the doubt,

The worry,

Fear,

And anxiety that is making your chest heavy,

That turns your stomach into a knot,

I feel you.

If you've ever felt like you've done everything that you can,

You went all out,

But still it's not good enough.

I am with you,

My friend.

But that ends today,

Because together we will release all of those negative emotions.

Together we will turn that limiting belief into an empowering one.

Together we will reprogram your subconscious mind,

And we will open you up to feeling more love,

Peace,

Calm,

And abundance.

You've never done breathwork before.

The physical sensations that you might feel might be a little tingling on your fingers and toes,

But that goes away pretty quickly.

Make sure that you are in a quiet and safe place.

Have water and blanket near you,

Lay down and get comfortable.

Or if you're not able to lay down,

It is perfectly okay to sit up.

I will guide you through this journey,

And the process will go like this.

I will ask you to take a deep breath in,

You will hold that breath.

I will say a short sentence,

Repeat that sentence silently in your mind.

And once you have repeated,

Go ahead and breathe it out on your own.

You don't have to wait on me on the exhale.

Let's go ahead and close our eyes.

Take one deep breath in,

And breathe it out.

Great job,

Feel yourself relaxing a little bit.

Take another deep breath in,

And breathe it out.

Great job,

Feel yourself relaxing a little bit more.

Take another deep breath in,

And breathe it out.

Great job.

Go ahead and start to let go of your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your cheeks,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your elbows,

Your hands,

Your hips,

Your knees,

Your feet,

And sink into your body.

As you're breathing normally,

Let's set the intention that we're here to open up a pathway so that these emotions that are stuck in our body can leave.

Now I want you to imagine that you have this big beautiful house that is full of love,

Peace,

Joy,

Accomplishment,

Laughter,

Happiness.

And in front of this house,

There's a tree that has dead branches,

Dead leaves,

And it's dead to its roots.

And on this tree,

There's a sign that says,

I'm not good enough.

And every time this thought,

This tree,

This vision comes up,

Causes you sadness,

Hurt,

Fear,

Anxiety,

And doubt.

And what we're going to do together,

We're going to pull this tree from its roots and throw it away.

It doesn't belong here.

It's not serving you anymore.

We're going to make room for bigger,

Better,

More beautiful tree with a sign that says,

I am good enough.

The blocks are preventing the beautiful emotions of belief,

Love,

Certainty,

Trust,

Hope,

Knowingness,

And faith that is already within us from coming to the surface.

It's also preventing and blocking these beautiful emotions that is all around us from coming into our life.

The new you that believes that you are more than good enough to love and to be loved.

Feel bilateral,

Wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes,

Stretch your neck around,

Move your arms,

And shake the energy off of you.

Now very slowly open your eyes and bring this new version of you,

This new vibration back with you to this moment.
