I am Sally and welcome to Holiday for the Heart.
This meditation is all about being thankful.
Why?
Because when you embrace what you already have,
You are thankful for your life,
For all the small and big details what you have.
Universe will give you more from what you love.
Because you show already that you are thankful for it and it's also that you raise your frequency because you are fully blissful and joyful.
You enjoy what you have,
What is there and you know you already have everything.
So let's begin.
If you feel you want to close your eyes to really feel inside how thankful you are then do it.
And if you feel eyes open are better so you can focus or look around what you have then this is also fine.
Are you ready?
Take it in.
I am thankful for myself.
I'm so thankful to be me.
Because it feels so alive,
I feel my body,
It feels so good to be me.
I'm so thankful for me.
I'm thankful for my feet,
They take me everywhere I wanna go.
I'm so thankful to feel my feet,
Feel into them.
So thankful for my legs,
They hold me,
Carry me,
Support me.
I'm so thankful for my whole lower body from the toes until my lower back,
My lower belly,
My hips,
My pelvis.
I'm so thankful to feel this strong foundation.
It gives me stability inside.
And with this beautiful stability I feel safe and grounded.
This is why I'm so thankful to blossom into my life,
To invite the creativity and the emotions to feel what is there.
I'm so thankful to feel my belly,
Feel into your belly,
Breathe in here,
Deep inhale,
Feel your belly.
All the inner organs,
They are working so well for me.
They nourish me,
They help me to digest the food,
The emotions,
All the talks and everything well is nourishing my body,
It's coming into my belly.
So I'm so thankful to have this fire inside of me,
The sun.
I'm so thankful for my lungs,
To feel the fresh air,
It's coming in,
Breathe in.
I'm so thankful this fresh air is energizing me,
Bringing me fresh thoughts,
Fresh wind,
Is nourishing my blood flow and activating my whole inner system.
My prana,
My life force,
It's so powerful.
I'm so thankful to feel my energy,
Feel your heartbeat,
Connect with your chest and your heart.
I'm so thankful to feel the love inside of me,
To feel my heartbeat,
My own rhythm.
I'm so grateful to be me.
I'm so grateful for the love I can give and receive.
I am so thankful for my arms and my fingers.
I can touch everything I want.
I can connect to the things,
What feels supporting to me.
I'm so thankful for my fingers.
And I am full of gratitude to feel my neck,
My throat.
It's supporting my head.
It's carrying my brain.
I'm so thankful to feel my brain.
I am full of gratitude for all the thoughts who are coming in.
I'm full of gratitude.
I'm so thankful for my face.
It's so beautiful.
I love to see it.
I love to smile,
To see my beautiful smile.
I'm so thankful to see with my eyes,
To smell with my nose,
To hear with my ears,
To taste with my mouth,
And to feel with all my senses.
I am so grateful for all the senses I have.
I'm so thankful to be in my body,
To feel my whole being.
I love myself.
Feel it.
Feel it inside.
Breathe in.
Feel the vibration,
Your rhythm of the heartbeat,
The warmth inside.
And say it.
I love you.
And then say your name three times.
We do it together.
I love you,
Your name.
I love you,
Your name.
One more time.
I love you.
Really feel it,
Feel it,
Feel it.
It's even repeating now into every cell.
Feel it.
How much do you love yourself?
And when you're fully charged with the love,
With the gratitude,
I invite you to smile.
Charge yourself with a smile.
And when you feel this love is fading away,
Just repeat the meditation.

Then share it with someone you love and you feel you want to raise their frequency as well to bring more joy and bliss and love into their life because they know you.
