Welcome to our series loving yourself.
Today how to love your body.
And about the body it is our own temple and over life we take a lot what might not be ours and we start judging,
Lowering our frequency,
Not accepting ourselves in the fullest version and to change this,
To allow yourself to have a more nourishing,
More loving and really aligned relationship with yourself.
This meditation will increase this magic of love.
Are you ready?
I wanna start with a small quote today.
There is nothing wrong with your body but there is a lot wrong with the messages which try to convince you otherwise.

I feel we get so much judgment from all the other people or even from ourselves.
And to fully not always listen to all these voices and like if it's your inner voice or if it's from someone else.
Like you're fat.
Or ooh,
Why are you wearing this?
Or even if it's a good judgment like wow you look so beautiful.
But even like if you get a beautiful compliment how does it feel inside?
Because maybe right now you feel more you judge yourself inside.
And to change this to fully,
Fully allow yourself to love your own body how it is.
Then you will change the world.
You will not judge so much anymore others.
And I also feel this is happening a lot with the mask.
You hide almost half of your face.
So it's all your emotions who are expressing.
And this is also like you're covering it.
Even with wearing something like this it's like I cover.
I cover myself.
I can do it for protection as well.
But as well to hide.
To not show.
And it will influence your whole subconsciousness.
And it's on such a deep level how it influences us in each moment.
And this is why I feel it's so important to fully allow ourselves to accept each part of us.
And then we can choose.
Do we want to hide it?
Or do we want to show it?
Yeah,
Let's directly dive into it.
You might even want to change your position or even open your eyes in the meditation today.
It's more connected with massaging as well.
And if you don't feel like massaging then just invite the internal feeling of all the sensations of pleasure and feeling a loving touch.
Take a deep inhale.
Close your eyes.
Exhale.
And arrive in the now.
Another long inhale.
Exhale.
Arrive where you are.
Get aware of your whole body.
Of the feet.
Your legs.
Your butt.
Your belly.
Your lower spine.
Middle spine.
Upper spine.
Your whole back at once.
Your right arm.
Your left arm.
Your neck.
Your head.
Relax your ears.
Relax your eyes.
And feel your whole face.
Soft and relaxed.
Next inhale.
Elongate yourself inside.
Like you want to reach to the sun.
And exhale.
Feel a stronger core.
Walk rounding into the earth.
Inhale.
Like you get elongated inside.
And exhale.
Like the earth is inviting you to calm more down.
And feel the polarities of uplifting and dropping down.
Follow your breath and feel yourself where you are right now.
We are starting with a small prayer.
So just feel the words vibrating through your body.
Today creator of the universe we ask that you help us to accept ourselves.
Just the way we are.
Without judgement.
Help us to accept our mind the way it is.
With all our emotions.
Our hopes and dreams.
Our personality.
Our unique way of being.
Help us to accept our body just the way it is.
With all its beauty and perfection.
Let the love we have for ourselves be so strong that we never again reject ourselves or sabotage our happiness,
Freedom and love.

Feel the prayer.
While you are still aware of your breath,
Deepen it a bit more with each breath.
Increase the intensity of feeling your body.
And this might be slightly different for each one of us.
All your thoughts are concentrated on your body.
On your whole being.
It is your own temple.
You will have it this lifetime.
So how much love,
How much gratitude can you show to fully accept yourself?
And we start with rubbing the hands on each other.
Increase the heat.
Really feel your hands.
And it is like you are charging up.
If one hand is representing the minus and the other one is the plus,
The dualities of not liking or liking,
You just charge it up both.
And when it is really really hot,
You place it on your heart center.
Feel the heat like the sun is kissing your heart.
Give yourself a smile.
Relax all the muscles.
And once the heat is fading away,
Rub your hands one more time.
Place them again on your heart center.
Take a few deep breaths here.
Allow your heart to get soft,
To melt inside.
And increase your feeling of feeling safe,
Feeling loved,
Feeling accepted exactly how you are.
You can even say it or whisper it.
Find your own words.
And it can be something like,
I am so blissful to feel the air.
I am grateful to feel my heart beat.
I am full of gratitude to raise my awareness with each breath I take in.
Add your own sphere.
And also feel how you activate your heart.
Maybe it gets more soft,
More warm,
More loving,
Like radiate.
And it's getting so magnetic.
And then I invite you to wander through your body with your awareness.
And which part of your body do you feel needs awareness and the biggest amount of love right now,
What you can offer at this moment?
It can be a body part which you normally judge a lot or which you lower the frequency.
If you say,
Oh,
I can't do this with my feet or with my hands or my legs are fat or my belly is fat or anything where you judge yourself a lot,
Then these parts are the ones you want to focus right now.
Or it can be that you have pain in a special body part or you just don't like this part of yourself.
Once you know which body part is right now the one for you,
Focus on it,
Rub your hands,
Increase the heat,
Increase the love.
The love is flowing from your heart into your hands.
Increase the heat and then place your hands on this body part.
And start to massage,
To fully invite the feeling of being present here.
And it can be that you want to massage it.
It can be that you just hold it and feel,
How the love from your heart is flowing through your hands,
Through your fingers into this organ or this beautiful being of your body where you touch yourself right now.
And just allow to feel,
Allow yourself to accept you where you are right now.
Let's each inhale,
Increase your love,
Let it flow into this body part,
Into this organ,
Into these cells.
And if it's hard for you to focus you can even open your eyes and look at it,
Feel the sensations of your fingers,
Feel the sensations of the touch on the skin or even the fabric if you have fabric in between or here.
And just allow to feel and you might want to find again some interest or talk to this body part.

You can do it now.
Say it,
Touch it,
Feel it,
Increase the love on this body part.
And that big,
Big smile,
Loving thought,
Touching it.
And then exhale,
Release the hands and just feel afterwards.
And then choose another body part.
And if it's the same which needs more awareness then come back to the same one and if it's another one then focus with the next rubbing hands and increasing the heat.
Afterwards you will go to this body part.
Follow your intuition and find the body part which needs the most love,
The most awareness right now.
And feel it,
Let it travel there.
Connect with each breath to your heart space.
And from your heart feel the love flowing through your arms,
Into the fingers and then into this body part.
And fully stay there.
Give yourself the love you need right now here and increase it like you did before.
Just time a bit quicker.
Increase the breath,
Breathe deeper.
And attach the love is flowing away more strongly right now.
And be creative.
It can be like if you massage yourself then it can be more soft or more playful,
Even like a small tapping.
Be really curious how you send the love.
Raising the awareness of this body part.
And also find some words.
Words of love and wisdom what you can give right now.
I love you.
You are part of my body.

And if you feel you want to say,
I forgive you that I was judging you,
That I was fighting against you,
Not fully accepting yourself,
Then also say these words.
It is your own divine practice.
How much love can you give here?
Beautiful.
Increase it with another big,
Big smile.
Feel the joy,
Feel the sensations of pleasure.
And then release your hands.
We will do it one last round together.
Feel your body.
Is it one of the parts you already went into?
Or is it another one which needs your awareness?
And if you're still really in your head,
In your thoughts a lot,
Then come to your mind.
For the beginnings,
Wrap your hand,
Increase the heat,
Increase the love.
Beautiful.
Have that more.
You can really feel the fire.
And once it's really,
Really hot,
Find your body part.
And again,
Explore it.
Can you accept that how it is right now?
How does it feel?
Do you want to massage,
To touch,
Not just hold the hands over it?
Anything your body is inviting you is allowed.
And directly increase the feeling of awareness.
Increase your breath.
And deepen each layer of the now.
Find your words.
How grateful are you for this body part?
How much love can you send to it?
Can you already say,
I love you,
Body part,
Name it.
Thank you so much for supporting me,
For being there.
And feel the love through the warmth of your fingers,
Connected with your heart.
Give yourself a big,
Big smile and send all the love you can into this body part.
And slowly release the hands and feel afterwards.
And remember your feeling from the beginning and now.
Take another deep inhale.
Fully feel yourself.
Give yourself a smile.
And show love to your whole body.
I accept you how you are.
And these parts,
Which I still touch,
I will open the space to accept you,
To fully integrate you as you are.

Feel it.
And once you fully,
Fully feel it,
Come back in space and time and feel free to open your eyes again.
And remember,
You are not fat.
You have fat.
You also have fingernails,
But you are not the fingernails.
So I guess this is also beautiful,
Because we attach ourselves so much to our minds,
To ourselves,
What we think about ourselves,
But actually is it true?
Is it really true what we think?
