Loving Yourself In Full Abundance With Money

Love is like chocolate melting in the sun, you can't escape her magic. This meditation is part of a series of how to love yourself every day a little bit more! Bite by bite. Today: Discover your relationship to money. How much love is flowing to money and how much are you able to receive money? Release your blockages and open to a new way to play and be curious how money is present in your life.

Welcome beautiful soul to the series Loving Yourself, How to Love Yourself, Every day a little bit more. And today will be really fun because we play around with money. So it's good if you already prepare any kind of money you have where you want to play around today. It can be coins, It can be just a money thing. And before we start in any kind of meditation today, I really want to say this is not any kind of money making program or any kind of financial service that I offer. Not at all. It is really to come from a state of fulfillment, A state of joy and a state of pleasure. And to fully feel, It's like we could also take something else than money. But I feel around money we have so many issues and so many thought patterns what we already established or what we took from our parents or from society. And then we don't allow our full abundance, And money is just an example, In each kind of our way. We can also take beautiful, Nourishing relationships. Because maybe in each relationship you are not living your full best version of yourself. So money is just an example, And I feel I will also not dive deeper into all the patterns of which maybe you already built up. But like fully allowing a new way to connect with it today. Maybe you already have tried it, But maybe it's completely new. So find any kind of money or any kind what represents for you today the fullest way to open yourself, To allow money or any kind of abundance and fulfillment into your life. When you're ready, Close your eyes. Take a long and deep inhale. And exhale. Drop inside. And to ground yourself even more. I invite you to feel the nature around you. And if you are inside, Just feel the air. If you have plants in your room, Connect with them. Any kind what gives you the feeling of being supernatural. You can even imagine to sit outside on your favorite spot in the nature, On the ocean, In the mountains, On a river, In your garden, Wherever this is. Imagine this place and connect yourself with this nurturing, Beautiful space. Feel the ground under you. Feel the connections to the earth. And the nature is also represented in you. It just makes it more easy to visualize it. To let yourself travel deeper inside. You might feel the warmth of the sun kissing your face, Kissing your skin, Fulfills you with a warm, Pleasureful feeling. Of feeling safe and protected. You feel the air, The wind, If there is some wind. You feel how the air is entering your body, Fulfilling your lungs. And this is already abundance to fully feel one element like the air entering. Really feeling it deep in your chest, In your lungs, Maybe even in your belly, Or in your whole body. Fulfilled with air and with the exhale you release it. No attachment, Just let it go. And trust that your body is ready to receive the next nourishing, Fulfilling breath. Feel it also inhale. Exhale, Let it go, No attachment. And with each inhale you take, Feel the nourishment of the air. Allow this abundance of nature enter your body. And really release it with the exhale, Let it go. The more you are able to let go, The more you can even feel how nourishing the next inhale will be. And with each inhale you take, Feel the nourishment of the next inhale. And which other element of nature do you fully want to feel and embrace right now? A little smell. You fully ready to feel the senses of smelling. Smelling like a beautiful flower. And we open all the senses. The more you open all your senses, You're also opening all the portals in your body to receive. What is your favorite smell? The smell of fulfillment. Where you can't think anymore, You just smell this fragrance of soft or sweet. Which kind of smell is it? Which fully takes all your awareness. Let it travel deeper into the cells of your body, Into your brain. And for the next sense, We will activate the passion and the fire. And the fire is connected with the many pure chakras in your belly as well as the eyes to see. And once you feel deeply connected with your third chakra or if your eyes are stronger and just feel the propels, Feel your eyes. And when you fully feel them, Relax them. Relaxing is for sending them awareness. Just simply be feeling. Once you fully feel them, With a really slow pace and rhythm, Open them. First like 5%. It's like you slowly invite the light to enter your insides through your eyes, To activate the fire to see. And once you see a bit more light, You open them a bit more. But the focus really stays inside. Once you start to open your eyes, Step by step a bit more, Remember the money or the other tool you get. To hold, To grab it now, To hold it in your hands and to feel it. And the more your eyes are opening, The more you directly focus on the money, On the tool which is just representing abundance right now. And you can also close your eyes again to feel more, To feel that it's really in your hands. And whenever you're ready, You open your eyes a bit more or you close them again more and see it like a game, A game of sensations between seeing and feeling. Once your eyes are fully open, Look at it. Look at the money you're holding. And be really curious, Like you see it for the first time. Why does there to explore? And if you have a coin, Just look at the coin, Play around. Get aware of the texture, How heavy it is or how light. And if it's easy to hold it in your hands, If you choose another tool, You will have another experience. Allow it to travel, To take the journey where it takes you. But if you choose to really hold some piece of paper, But what is it more? Someone printed on it, Someone put some really interesting things in it. Maybe the colors, You can even hold it against the light and maybe you can look through. Which language is it? And with language, I mean it can be like English, Russian, German, Spanish, Any kind. But also the language of the picture. What is the picture? Which feeling does it give you? And I really want to invite you to fully allow yourself to see it like you have never seen it before. It's like you open a new game and you just like, Oh how does this game work? The game of being rich. The game of allowing fulfillment into your life. Is fulfillment coming through this piece of paper or through your coin? Allow to question yourself. Which colors are there? Which symbols? And how is it connected? And there's always something new. Really take time to see it. And are you feeling comfortable holding it, Looking at it? Or does it give you any kind of weird feeling of like, What am I doing here actually? It's just a piece of paper? There is a deeper layer to it and it's your subconsciousness. You can even try to stretch it or to make some sounds with it. And you can also smell it. I mean, Remember the nature, Where we came from. Does it smell like a flower? Maybe you know the sentence, Money smells. Or it's dirty. Is it dirty? Maybe. I mean like, How does it smell? And if you need to laugh or smile at any point, You know you're doing it exactly right. So just keep exploring it. Maybe you get already bored of looking so long at just one piece of paper or coin. And once you reach that point, Put it in your hands and you can even put it down on your legs or hold it on your heart space, Whatever feels right now the best for you and close your eyes again. If you still want to continue the exploration, Then do it. Once you're ready to travel more inward again, Close your eyes or even keep them slightly open to be fully connected with this representation for abundance. How are you feeling right now? To release any kind of blockage, Which you still have in your system, You can just feel it or you can whisper or chant it with me. Om Gan Ganapataye Namo Namaha. Om Gan Ganapataye Namo Namaha. Feel all limiting belief systems just fading out of your body and come into a place of silence where you just feel. Ah. Ah. Feel your breath. And remember the nature where we started. The nature represents full abundance as well the natural things of flow. There is always everything. There is death in the cycle of life. When a plant is dying, It will nurture another plant to give it soil, To give it a beautiful new foundation. And another plant can grow. And once this plant reaches its fullest beauty of life, Maybe it gave some flowers or some fruits. And once it's the time for this plant, It will also die again and something new will born again. It's an endless cycle of letting go and receiving you. And this letting go and receiving you, I want you to invite right now. Connect again to the money in your hand. And this time bring it up to your heart space. You can just hold it in front or you can place it completely on your heart space. And remember the nature and connect it to the money which symbolizes right now your own fulfillment. Are you fully in love to give loving energy from your heart to this money? To give joy, To give a smile, To give a warm feeling of feeling safe. Feeling protected. Feeling super peaceful. Because you can trust the universe. You always have enough. Do you have this feeling in your heart? And can you give it to this piece of paper in your hands? How does it feel to send love to the money? And can the money just receive it? Does your full love really reach it? Or is there still something blocked in between? Just feel it. And don't get into your mind. Just allow your heart this loving feeling of feeling warm, Feeling hold it. To fully sending love from your heart to the money. And then change it. Let love flow from the money to you, To your heart space. And if this is hard to imagine, Imagine you're holding the sun. Or you're holding chocolate. Anything that can melt from the sun in your hands. You're holding this piece of chocolate or ice cream in your hands. And the sun is really strong right now. It just melts the chocolate. And you feel how it's just coming between your fingers. Coming all the way. The arms along. And it's dropping. And it's dropping all along your arms. This warm feeling. How the sun melts the chocolate in your hands and it's just happening. This sparkly feeling of feeling kissed by the sun. Allow it to travel into your heart space. How much love are you able to receive from money? This representation of being rich. Being fulfilled. Having everything you need. Maybe you get aware you already have everything you need right now. You're able to feel all the senses. You're able to activate your visualization to receive the spark of abundance deep within you. Give yourself a smile. Charge yourself. And to fulfill this exercise, Recycle it with each breath. Inhaling, Feeling the money, The abundance, This joy, This bliss. Fully entering through the arms into your heart space. Filling your lungs with air and exhaling, Sending this love into the money. Inhaling, Cycling, Feeling the abundance flows to you. Feeling this nurturing air entering your lungs. Fulfillment in each way. And exhale, Sending this love, This fulfillment. With no attachment you just release the air, Sending the love. Without any attachment to the money. Inhaling again, Receiving the air, Receiving the money, The love of the money. And exhaling, Letting it go, No attachment. Sending love to this beautiful piece of paper in your hands. Take a few rounds in your own rhythm. And really invite the joy of feeling it, Feeling the love flowing with each breath. Increasing its depths of fulfillment, Of pleasure. How beautiful is it to be alive? To breathe in this abundance. Let it flow. Inhale, Receive, Exhale. Let it go. One more really, Really deep breath here. And then when you're ready, Open your eyes again and watch. See it in a new way. Again, With completely new eyes. And just this time show gratitude.
