Today: experience an elevation of consciousness in connection to the pleasure of food. It is a fantasy journey to the garden of eden, your paradise or land of milk and honey. You may bring light into your eating habits (addictions, emotional eating) or simply enjoy experiencing your taste senses.

Hello beautiful soul,

Welcome to this really funny,

Light and playful,

Nourishing meditation today.

It's from the series,

Loving Yourself.

How to love yourself each day a little bit more and today how to really find pleasure in eating and getting more awareness how you eat as well.

I don't want to dive too deep into emotional eating or any kind of habits.

This is not a topic today,

It's really about breaking out of your comfort zone and allowing a new way to receive this meditation and to dive into this journey.

Before we dive into it,

I have some questions to inspire you in the future to raise your awareness with the relationship of food you might have.

I'm present that I eat this chocolate and so it's not always coming from a lower point like,

Oh I'm stressed,

Oh my god I don't know how to handle this or sometimes even like maybe if you have less sex then you need to eat more sweet things to nourish your body with the endorphins which will also produce there.

It's always like this kind of finding your flow each day and getting more awareness,

Awareness around your whole food relationship.

And to invite the pleasure and the joy in it,

We will dive into meditation today.

Feel free to make it super comfy,

Lie down or choose a seated position.

Take a long inhale,

Close your eyes,

Exhale and drop inside.

Feel your breath inhaling and exhaling,

Arriving more in the here and now.

Feel your breath.

How is your breath,

How is the air nurturing your body right now?

Can you receive the air like it's the most precious thing you receive,

The most beautiful lover you could ever imagine and it's just entering your body,

Fulfilling you from within.

And with each exhale you feel the love entering each cell of your being.

Each inhale is deep and fulfills you,

Feel the intensity after receiving the air and also letting it go,

No attachment,

Receiving the fulfillment and letting it go again.

Feel your breath,

Feel the sense of being.

And I invite you to come on a journey,

A journey into a land of plenty.

You are on the gate,

How does this gate look like?

You are about to enter the garden of Eden and you get excited with in.

You take another step and you get closer and you already sense a beautiful smell.

You close your eyes and you get this feeling of like,

Ooh,

Something super magical is happening.

I'm so excited.

And once you can't hold back anymore,

You grab with your hand,

You slightly open your eyes and you just open the gate and you take the first step in.

You look around until your full body is in the garden of Eden.

There's a small pathway and you follow it.

It looks like a fairy tale and it takes you into a really loving space.

You hear the birds singing your favorite song.

There are trees full of fruits and flowers everywhere.

You even don't know where to look first.

A variety of colors,

Of smells,

Of bright light.

It feels so warm in the sun.

It's so warm in your body.

You take another moment and you close your eyes to center yourself back.

You feel your heartbeat.

You feel the feet and the grass.

And with the eyes closed,

You're here in front of you,

Water.

It's like a nourishing fresh spring.

The water makes this beautiful sound of coming out,

Having fun.

You imagine birds were drinking out of this water.

It must be so fresh.

Once you're fully aware with this water,

You open your eyes and you see it in front of you.

It's even building a small river.

There was so much before you couldn't center,

But it's in the middle of the garden of Eden.

Your water,

The source of fresh liquid and you just go there.

You slowly touch it.

You feel the water through your hands.

Take both hands.

Connect with the water and take water in your hands.

They are building like a bowl.

Take them to your face and you take a sip and you feel the water.

How yummy,

How tasty.

It nourishes you.

Rinse down inside.

Take another sip and another one.

That is the most yummy water.

So delicious.

That is like pure sunlight.

It warms you from the inside.

It fulfills you.

Once you have enough water,

You look around and what is taking your attention now?

Is it your favorite fruit?

It's a fair thing what comes into your mind.

Go there and look what you find.

There might be even like a small market which has all the variety and you can try everything for free.

It's the full abundance.

Focus on one.

One thing you really want to explore right now is it.

They have a dish already prepared to eat or is it a fruit,

A veggie where you can just bite into it and taste it?

How is it to smell it and then bite in it?

Each bite,

All the senses,

All the liquids in your mouth are activated and your belly already tasted and then it comes slowly down into your whole digestive system.

Goes deeper and deeper into your stomach and you feel how good it is,

How nourishing it is.

Take a deep breath in.

Fully feel this fruit,

This dish.

And then look around.

Are you seeing all the butterflies flying from one flower to another?

There is a beautiful,

Gorgeous,

Big,

Bright flower.

How does it look like?

Can you slowly come down with your face and you smell it?

You close your eyes to fully,

Fully take it in.

How does it smell?

What pictures are coming up?

Allow them all.

Activate yourself.

Feel the joy of such a fragrant,

Uplifting and deep,

Nourishing smell.

Slowly you open your eyes again.

And now what are you looking for?

What are you deeply craving?

Is it something to eat or is it a touch?

Do you want to invite a special person to share some time?

And just invite this person or animal or soul or spirit right now into your space.

And you just do this and feeling them next to you,

Feeling and seeing them.

You might even feel where you touch them to fully get aware how it feels.

And you might just look on each other and give yourself a smile.

The love,

Receiving the love and giving love.

It's in full balance.

And imagine some words you're saying to each other.

Either you'll see or you give the words.

And then you choose another food which you want to share with this person.

It can be a pizza.

It can be a cocktail.

It can be a yummy mango,

A durian,

Mango steam,

An apple.

It can be pasta,

Any kind of curry or any other dish,

Even a cake or cookie.

Any kind what you want to share with this person right now.

Imagine it as the most beautiful prepared dish.

And then you start to feed each other.

How does it feel?

Invite a joy,

Invite a bliss.

Have fun while feeding each other.

Imagine it.

See it and feel it in each cell of yourself.

How much joy does it bring you?

And once you're fully nourished,

Take another deep inhale,

Fully,

Fully feel it.

And then slowly release this person.

Say thank you and bye.

And the highest point of emotion or frequency,

We are releasing them.

And you take another look around.

Is there anything else that you're missing right now?

Anything what your soul needs to be more nourished?

Anything what your body needs to be more nourished?

Anything what your mental state needs to be more nourished?

Or any feeling what your body wants to feel to be more nourished right now?

Or anything else?

And take now a few moments to fully invite this feeling of having it.

It might be that you nourished yourself with a beautiful thought,

With an affirmation like,

I feel nourished.

I am worthy of receiving all this abundance of sensations.

Or that you make a movement with your body to feel more vibrant,

More alive.

Follow each intention and fully embrace the pleasure of feeling fully nourished right now.

How much are you enjoying yourself?

How yummy are you?

And once you reach your fully blissful,

Juicy,

Yummy,

Delicious moment,

Take a deep,

Deep,

Deep inhale.

Hold it.

Exhale.

Release it.

And walk directly to the entrance or exit.

Right now.

Find the gate.

Take another look around your shoulder.

Thank you for this beautiful journey into God and Eden,

My paradise of sensations.

Open the gate and go out.

And feel your body again.

Arrive in the here and now.

Get aware of your surrounding,

Where you are right now.

Time and where you sit on.

And once you're fully aware,

Slowly open your eyes and come back in space and time.

I was once in a restaurant and there was this beautiful old couple and they were sitting on the left to me.

And they were like laughing and giggling and talking but with full enthusiasm and with full joy and like woo.

I was already like wow,

I love the energy of them.

It was already really vibrant.

And I was with my friend and we also had our beautiful time together.

And at one point,

I think at the beginning we said already hello but then after a few moments after the food,

We opened the conversation and we just dived into it.

And it was really interesting because they were a bit older and they were like,

You know,

Once you know how to really value this beautiful,

Gorgeous food,

It is like with each bite you have a food orgasm.

And that really good food is like having sex.

And I was like oh wow.

And this moment I was like that's interesting.

And I just shared a story so maybe you can share in the coming time some experience what you will,

Just open that moment of allowing yourself to fully feel pleasure while eating.
