Inhale deeply.

Letting go of the day.

With every exhale imagine that you're shedding layers of stress like dropping a heavy coat.

Anything that felt overwhelming today let it fade.

Any thoughts still lingering,

You don't have to carry them right now.

Let's work through some body relaxation.

Start at your forehead,

Let it soften.

Relax your jaw.

No need to hold any tension here.

Drop your shoulders.

Feel them settle.

Heavier now.

Let your arms rest.

Your hands have done enough today.

Release any tightness in your stomach.

Breathe into that space.

Feel your legs become heavy,

Grounded,

Safe,

At rest.

Now imagine yourself in a quiet dimly lit room.

The air is warm,

Here you are safe.

Here you can rest.

Now bring one hand gently to your lower abdomen or groin,

Wherever feels most natural.

Let your hand rest there like a comforting hug.

No pressure,

No expectation,

Just presence.

This part of your body holds so much energy and not just sexual energy but vitality,

Warmth and life itself.

Tonight you are not here to judge or change anything but to simply appreciate.

Take a slow deep breath in and as you exhale feel any tension,
