Welcome to this clarity meditation that helps you to connect with what you really want to create in your life.

What you need for this practice is a journal and a pen,

And a few minutes where you won't be disturbed.

So when you're ready,

Just close your eyes.

First take a moment to connect with your breath.

Where is your breath in your body at this moment?

Is it in your belly or in your chest?

Are you breathing shallow or already very deep?

I would like you to invite the breath into the belly.

So when you breathe in,

Your belly rises.

And when you breathe out,

Belly contracts,

Let go.

I would invite the breath to go a little bit slower,

Especially your exhale.

Breathe in and out through the nose,

But if you want to sigh it out on an exhale,

Please do so.

Just notice in your body what this breathing does for your body.

So can you relax the shoulders,

Maybe drop them a few inches?

Can you unclench your jaws?

Your tongue is relaxed in your mouth.

Can you relax the eyebrows,

The forehead,

The hands and the fingers?

Maybe there's another place in your body where you hold tension.

On every exhale,

Let go of the tension a little bit more.

Can you reconnect with your body?

Notice what it does to your mind when you connect to your body.

Notice how these thoughts are going a little bit more silent.

If you feel all these thoughts popping up again,

Just focus on your breath again.

Breathing in and breathing out.

I'm going to ask you a few questions.

Just write down all the answers that come to mind.

So gently open your eyes and write down the answers to the question,

What do I really want to create in my life right now?

What do I really want to create in my life right now?

So what do you want to focus on this month or the upcoming months?

See,

Whatever comes to mind.

It doesn't have to be perfect.

It doesn't have to be full sentences.

Just write down whatever comes to mind.

Just get it out of your body on paper.

Out of your mind on paper.

What do you really want to create in your life right now?

This can be on all areas of your life,

Your work,

Your career,

Your relationships.

Don't forget your health and your body.

How are you taking care of yourself?

Creating all these things that you want to experience,

Want to feel,

Want to achieve in your life right now.

Take a moment to tune in with this question a little bit extra.

How do I want to feel?

How do I want to feel?

So what is the desired feeling that is below all these desires,

All these things you want to create in your life?

How do you want to feel?

And if you want to feel grateful or excited,

What are the things that can help you feel that way?

What do you need to feel that way?

Take a moment to look into your journal,

All the things you've written down.

Is there anything that's missing that you still want to focus on this month,

In the next months?

Your career,

Your relationships,

Your health,

Your personal growth.

And if it feels complete for you,

Take a moment to close your eyes again.

Gently place your hands on your heart.

Notice how it makes you feel to write down all these things to connect with what you really want to create in your life right now.

And come take a leap with me,

A leap of faith,

A leap of stepping in a little bit bigger.

When there's no limit of time,

Of money,

Of energy,

What do you really want to experience?

What are your biggest dreams?

What are your biggest goals in life?

Open your eyes and write them down.

So take this leap with me.

Write down what are my biggest dreams and desires.

If you let go any time,

Money,

Energy limits or any limiting beliefs,

What do you really,

Really want to experience,

Create,

Achieve?

What are your biggest goals,

Dreams and desires?

Just write down whatever comes to mind.

And if your mind judges,

Thinks that this is not for you,

Just keep writing.

You got this.

Write down from this version of yourself that's always in the fate of what you can achieve.

She is your ultimate cheerleader.

What would she write down?

What are her biggest goals,

Dreams,

Desires?

If you feel like this practice is complete for you,

Take a moment to close your eyes again.

Or pause the audio if you still want to write down some extra.

And then join me in closing your eyes again and gently placing your hands on your heart.

And see how it makes you feel to connect with both the things you want to create in the upcoming month or months.

What are these big,

Big goals and dreams you have?

Take a moment to bring it back to the here and now.

So what are the things you are grateful for in the here and now?

What persons,

What choices,

What experiences are you grateful for in your life right now?

See whatever comes to mind.

If you want to,

You can write it down,

But you don't have to.

Just feel it.

And when you're ready,

Gently move your fingers and your toes.

Open your eyes.

Do whatever feels good for you.

Don't rush into life too fast.

If you want to,

You can pull a card from a card deck.

You can find some images that match what you've written down in a magazine.

Or just make yourself a cup of tea and simply stare into the window outside.

See whatever images come to mind.

Just take the time.

And hold the vision.

Trust the process.

You got this.
