Let's begin this morning just by finding the ground underneath you.
Relaxing your grip on your thoughts.
Doing any activity,
Just letting it go,
Coming back.
Returning.
Feeling your own return,
Coming back to the land,
To nature.
Notice whatever ease or struggle you have with coming back to the ground of your being.
Relaxing your grip on your thoughts.
This roomie says,
Come,
Come,
Whoever you are.
Wanderers,
Worshipers,
Lovers of leaving.
Just come back home to yourself in this place once again.
Can you give yourself the space,
The containment to slowly drop underneath any dominant thought?
Just your own inheritance of the earth and coming down into the ground of being here.
Without projecting into a future or dwelling on a past,
Coming right into the moment.
Sensations of your body,
The movement of your breath.
Settling,
Coming to a still point.
Relaxing your grip on your thoughts.
Many of us grew up in systems and cultures where we were encouraged to grow up.
Or taught to grow up.
In this way or the way of soul we would say it's time to grow down.
Emblematic of your growth will be your ability to calm down,
To go down,
To root down.
No one else can do this for you.
Not chasing thoughts.
Again,
Not projecting a future outcome,
Surrendering one more time right into the moment here.
Relaxing your grip on your thoughts.
Relaxing your grip on your thoughts.
Again,
Noticing how your experience of your bodily sensations,
The ground underneath you,
The solidness of that.
And the slow descent of your breath into your pelvis can make you available,
Present to the moment.
Not in the past or the future,
But arriving right here now.
And available to come into being.
What's possible here?
Noticing your availability to the question of what's possible versus what's not possible.
Relaxing your grip on your thoughts.
How does it feel to give yourself the grounded container,
An open space,
Open mind?
When something becomes possible now,
Less sure of anything you'd project into the future and less attached to things from your past.
Relaxing your grip on your thoughts.
Feeling in your body for now just your sense of anting in again.
You're bringing yourself here,
You know,
To come,
Come,
Whoever you are,
Wherever you are.
As this is actually not a caravan of despair,
There's life here to be had.
Relaxing your grip on your thoughts.
