Hello and welcome to Infinite Being Expanded Space Meditation.

My name is Henry Wittenberg and I am honored and grateful that you are entrusting your meditation time to me.

As I record I am pouring healing energy into this creation.

It is my wish and my intention that all who listen will share in this energy.

May you feel it in your heart like the touch of universal love.

This meditation is a tool from a body of work called Access Consciousness,

An energy healing modality from Gary Douglas and Dr.

Dane here.

This tool can be practiced and used every day.

Come back and listen often to get used to it.

As you get to know the meditation you should know that the details of it aren't as important as the resulting state of being.

Let us begin.

I invite you now to close your eyes and take a few centering breaths.

Inhale filling your lungs fully and exhale emptying all the way.

Inhale through your nose.

Exhale through your mouth.

Do that a few times.

When you're ready I'd like you to bring to mind an event,

A situation,

A person,

Anything.

Something that happened to you that didn't make you feel good.

Something that feels heavy,

Dense,

An unpleasant experience.

Maybe an insult from a co-worker.

An event that created a lot of fear.

It made you feel like you needed to shrink.

Make yourself smaller and hide.

Now at this point I don't want you to judge whether it was good or bad,

Right or wrong.

But just notice how your body responds to the thought,

The memory of it.

And don't make that a right or a wrong.

Just notice it.

Have awareness of it.

What's happening?

Does it expand you?

Or do you feel contracted?

Do you feel big?

Or do you feel small?

I'm going to ask you a question.

Truth.

Is this something that you're actually willing to have change around?

If not,

Don't judge yourself.

Just pick something else.

Another situation or event.

Because the truth is no tool is going to work for you if it is not something that you're willing to have change around.

Okay.

You have that ready in your mind?

Now without trying to figure out how,

I want you to allow yourself to expand your consciousness by five feet in every direction from your body.

Just so your consciousness or awareness is taking up more space.

Okay.

Now I want you to go out to ten feet in every direction from your body.

You're feeling bigger.

Now go out twenty feet.

If you're already beyond that,

Don't come back to my numbers.

Just keep going.

Now hundred feet in every direction.

You are occupying that much space.

Bigger and bigger.

Expanding more and more.

And more beyond that.

Now take it to hundreds of miles in every direction.

Go bigger and bigger.

Further and further.

Now your consciousness is the size of the earth.

Take it much bigger.

Now your consciousness is the size of our solar system.

Go bigger.

Much bigger.

Now you're taking up the space of the size of our galaxy.

And now I invite you to expand as far out into the universe as you can.

And even further than what you think the universe could be.

And now you are expanded to occupy that much space.

But go more and more.

Even more.

And allowing yourself to go to infinite space,

Whatever and wherever that is.

And now from this space as an infinite being,

When you look back at that same situation,

That same thing that was bothering you from this space,

What do you notice about it?

Is it different?

The same?

Is it even there?

What do you notice about it?

Things tend to shrink away,

Lose their energy,

Their power.

When we look at them as an expanded infinite being,

They tend not to bother us so much.

It feels insignificant.

Doesn't it feel good to occupy this much space?

Notice I didn't say,

Okay,

Come back to your body.

This is where we want to be.

Because that is what we are.

Infinite beings.

Each and every one of us.

We don't need to contract our consciousness to be in our body.

We don't need to leave our body either.

We just have this wide open consciousness,

More awareness.

And once we are aware,

We realize we have choice.

Choice for feeling contracted or expanded.

The situation happens and we start to shrink,

Become dense,

And then we realize,

Hey,

I'm doing that thing again.

And you can choose to go back,

Back to who you really are,

An infinite being.

Every morning when you wake up or when you have time throughout the day,

Think about it.

Go through this meditation and expand to your infinite self.

That's who we are.

Our default setting has always been to protect ourselves from danger,

From threats,

From things that don't feel good.

What do we do?

We try to shrink,

Make ourselves as small as possible so we can hide from the threat and hope that it doesn't notice us.

But what are we doing?

We're becoming smaller,

More dense,

And in essence,

Becoming more noticeable,

Easier to find.

Energetically,

We have become a vibrational match for all the junk,

All the bad stuff out there,

And it will easily find us.

Our lower vibration attracts exactly that that we were trying to get away from.

Oops,

That doesn't work anymore.

But when we show up in our world as an infinite expanded being,

Those dense things can't even find us.

With our new awareness,

Something can be happening out there,

And we don't have to shrink.

We can allow it because it is there and we can't change that.

But we can change how we react.

No longer do we have to shrink away and hide from it.

We can expand into our infinite selves and allow it to be because it is.

We don't have to agree with it on any level,

But it is there.

And as infinite beings occupying so much space,

These things hardly bother us.

Once you have done this meditation a number of times and it feels natural and easy,

You can do a quick version.

Your consciousness already knows the way because you have practiced it.

So something happens,

Something triggers you,

And you say,

How would an infinite being be with this?

And then breathe into your infinite expanded space.

One breath,

That's it.

Your consciousness knows how.

How would an infinite being be with this?

You'll be surprised at how you respond.

Because we are infinite beings,

We should look like this every day.

How amazing would our world be if we all expanded our consciousness to be truly infinite?
