
Grounding Meditation With K. Landfald, Zen Coaching Founder
This is a co-production with Kåre Landfald, who is guiding the meditation. He is the founder of Zen Coaching. This is a grounding meditation to land in yourself. Starting off with breathing, feeling your weight, and relaxing into non-doing. Relaxing your face, jaw, and neck. Noticing the space around the body, bringing awareness to the infinity of space. A grounded, breathing body in infinite space. Here you are with nothing to do right now. Notice if the mind is active with thoughts, remembering that you are not your thoughts. You can rest, sensing your body firmly on the ground in infinite space. If you have tensions in the body, bring friendly awareness, like a warm blanket, around the tensions. Greet the tensions. Finally, move the body slightly. Open your eyes and look at a colour you like. Moving on with your day, remember this opportunity to take a little holiday from effort.
