Thank you for joining this deep yoga nidra practice,

Surrendering your mind and your body.

Find yourself in a lying down position.

A beautiful placement for this meditation is to lie on top of a yoga mat or blanket,

No pillow underneath the head,

An eye covering if you choose,

A blanket on top of you with a bolster or blocks under your knees.

Take your time settling into a comfortable position as we ground in this space together.

Know that through this meditation,

Whatever you may be carrying in your mind and your body will be held by Mother Earth.

You are safe in her hands.

You are safe to let anything your body or your mind is holding onto go,

Allowing you to sink deeper into the ground beneath you.

Gently ease yourself into relaxation with the sound of my voice,

Letting go of the day before you and allowing the days ahead to gently fall,

Be released down into the ground to allow you to enter deeper presence within your mind and within your body,

Taking a break from analyzing,

Intellectualizing,

Stimulation,

Noise,

Stories of the mind,

Entering a deep presence in the body by taking a break from movement,

Energy output,

Intensity on your bones and muscles,

Giving your cells rest and recovery to digest and regulate.

Rest in presence.

Make space from thoughts,

From stories,

Attachments,

To find space to rest,

Restore,

And repair.

Within this space created,

A deep potency for creation of abundance,

Love,

And gratitude can be found.

By letting go,

By surrendering,

We can find space to fill our lives with an infinite amount of abundance,

Layer by layer.

Begin to draw a deep breath in through your nose and a deep breath out your mouth.

Inhale three,

Exhale six,

Come back to a normal breathing pattern and release tension in your body.

As you begin to imagine a vacuum at the bottom of your feet,

This vacuum is gently pulling any closed,

Negative,

Unwanted energy out from your aura.

Let this vacuum locate any pain or discomfort in your mind and body.

Allow it to draw out all the way down to your feet as it dissipates from your body into the vacuum.

This energy will leave your body and move into the earth,

Where it will outflow into the vacuum and alchemize to hold and support all of you.

Allow yourself to be held.

Bring awareness to your left toes.

Left toes soften.

Left ankle releases grip.

Left calf loosens.

Left thigh relaxes.

Left hip flexor draws open.

Left hip flexor draws open.

Draw your awareness to your right toes.

Right toes soften.

Right ankle releases grip.

Right calf loosens.

Right thigh relaxes.

Right hip flexor draws open.

Draw your awareness to your lower belly.

Tension in the womb space,

The pelvic region,

Genital area,

Relaxes and releases.

Belly softens.

Rib cage softens.

Chest falls deeper,

Heavier on the ground.

Shoulders fall.

Shoulders fall.

Left shoulder falls.

Left upper arm relaxes.

Left forearm softens.

Left palm inches closer to the ground.

Left fingers fall closer to the ground.

Right shoulder falls.

Right upper arm relaxes.

Right forearm softens.

Right palm inches closer to the ground.

Right fingers fall closer to the ground.

Tension in the collarbone.

Throat.

The back of the neck relaxes and releases.

Ears fall to the ground.

Jaw unclenches.

Eyes soften.

Eyes soften.

The space between the brows expand and widen.

Head falls heavy.

Head falls heavy.

Softening the face,

Letting every cell fall and be pulled by gravity.

Dropping your body into the ground.

Letting energy subtly flow where it needs to go throughout your body to heal,

To restore,

To surrender to the seed,

To the abundance.

That you are.

Begin to imagine the room that you are currently in.

Noticing what's outside of the room.

Seeing the sky and the clouds up above.

Letting a helicopter land and safely transport you to your dream home.

Landing in the front yard,

Walking towards the front door.

What does it feel like?

What does it smell like?

Is there a specific sound that you hear?

Maybe birds in the distance or music playing in the background.

What colors do you see?

In this moment in your new home,

Find a palm to rest on your heart.

And ask yourself,

What are you most grateful for in this moment?

What are you most grateful for in this home?

Let this abundant filled home reach your heart space,

Allow it to be a representation of the worthiness and deservingness that lies inside of you.

And taking it all in as you walk towards the door to enter your backyard.

Seeing nature,

An abundance of trees,

Butterflies,

Maybe the ocean,

Or maybe there's mountains.

It's all here for you.

It's all here when you create space for it to surround you,

For it to blossom and bloom inside of you.

Looking up towards the pink sky in your dream backyard.

And taking a step onto the helicopter to transport you back to where you currently are.

Knowing that what you have now is enough.

From where you've been before and where you are is needed to allow you to get to where you will be.

So sink in a little bit deeper.

Let go a little bit more.

To open up your heart and find more space.

And walking into the room that you are in.

Noticing the gentle rise and fall of your chest.

Landing back as you draw one hand to your belly.

One hand to your heart.

One hand to your belly.

Bring awareness to the physical touch of your body and the ground beneath you.

Feeling the warmth of your palms as they rest on top.

Draw a deep breath in through your nose.

Exhale,

Sigh out the mouth.

Gently waking up your body with a deep breath in.

And exhale.

Inhale,

And exhale.

Gently moving your toes,

Your fingers,

Ankles,

And wrists.

Letting your palms land back on your heart space to tune into your heartbeat.

Feeling your human loving touch with this connection you know you are here.

You are here.

You are here.

Taking a deep breath into your beautiful body.

Expand your belly.

Let your chest rise.

And exhale,

Sigh.

Release.

Let it go.

Take your time in waking your body and your mind back up.

As you welcome back your physical reality in front of you.

Remembering you are always held and supported by the earth below you.

If you happen to fall asleep in this meditation,

That is completely normal.

And it was what your body needed in this moment in time.

Take love and care in the moments forward.

I will see you again soon.

Namaste.
