Okay,
So I want you to close your eyes.
Bring your attention to just behind your eyes.
Now stretch your awareness around your body.
Bring awareness to the top of your head,
Your neck,
Your chest,
Your torso,
Your arms,
Your legs,
The base of your spine,
Your feet.
Relax deeper,
Further still.
Relax here in this moment.
Now imagine that you have roots growing out of your feet and out of the base of your spine.
Imagine these roots shooting down to the centre of the earth.
All the way down to the centre.
And here at the centre of the earth is a ball of light.
A bright ball of energy.
Here is the earth's energy.
This energy is grounding,
Rooting,
Keeping you safe,
Giving you life.
This deep,
Dense earth's energy is shooting back up through the roots,
Through your feet,
Into your body.
And feel the warm energy pulsating up through your feet,
Your legs,
Your spine,
Up through your torso,
Your chest,
Through your hands,
Up your arms and into your shoulders.
It feels your heart.
It feels your head.
And feel the warmth and safety you feel at your heart.
You are connected to your heart.
You are connected to the earth.
And feel the warmth and protectiveness of this love.
Feel how connected,
How safe and how whole you feel.
Now bring awareness up above your head.
Your crown chakra at the very top of your head.
Take your awareness up towards the sky,
Higher,
And here you can connect to the light.
Here is a light source energy.
Feel this light,
Imagine it or sense it.
It's shining so bright.
This here is the healing energy,
The healing reiki energy.
You are connected to this energy.
Now bring this light down in through your crown chakra.
Let it come into your head,
Flooding your mind,
Clearing away any thoughts,
Any doubts,
Any worries.
Let this light clear away anywhere you think you cannot connect to your higher self.
Let it clear away any thought that is blocking you from healing.
Let the light come into your third eye chakra so you will always know,
You will always see and you will always sense the truth.
And let it come to your ears,
Clearing your ears and your throat so you can always hear and speak the truth.
And open up to all perspectives and possibilities and communicate the truth into your future.
And let the light come into your heart,
Opening you up to all the love,
All the connection and to be kind and loving to yourself.
And let it come down to the solar plexus to let go of any fear,
Any anxiety so you can truly move into who you really are.
And let this light flood into your stomach so you can always feel joy connected to your creativity and connected to your power.
And let this light move into your root so you can always feel safe,
Secure and rooted.
And let this white light flood down through your head,
Your neck,
Down the back of the spine and up the front of your body and down through your arms and out of your hands.
And again let it flood down through your spine and up the front of your body and out of your crown flooding out into your aura.
Let this energy fill your aura and as it is flooding every part of you it is cleansing you and healing you.
Anything that is blocking you,
Any pain,
Any illness,
Any stuck emotion,
Let it wash out of you,
Out of your body,
Out of your aura and into the ground beneath you.
Let the earth's energy take it away,
Let it wash down the roots and out into the earth.
And again let the healing light run down your spine and up the front of your body,
Down through your arms and out of your hands.
And again down through your head,
Down your spine,
Up the front of your body,
Out of your head,
Showering down into your aura,
Taking everything away,
Washing away everything you no longer need.
Now bring awareness to your heart and feel the earth's energy,
Your heart's energy and the source Reiki energy merge here at this centre.
You are connected to your heart,
The air and the healing Reiki energy.
You are connected to all that is.
You are connected to the universe.
You are the universe.
Now expand this energy that is at your heart,
Expand it out wider than your energy field.
Expand your energy bigger than the room,
Bigger than the home,
Bigger than your street,
Your town,
Your state,
Bigger than your country,
Bigger than the whole globe.
You are expanded beyond the planet.
Your energy field is bigger than the planet and here it is easy to shift any stuck energy,
Any blocks and the bigger your energy field,
The quicker it is to release anything you no longer need.
So anywhere in your energy system that you are holding onto stuck emotions,
Any pain,
Any illness,
Anything heavy,
Any dense energy,
Release this out past your energy field,
Out into the universe.
Let the source energy wash it away.
Let it all go.
Let the source energy clear,
Delete and remove all stuck emotions,
All pain,

Any fear,

Let it all go beyond your energy field,
Out into the universe,

And as we are still expanded beyond the planet,
We visualize a big sun above our heads and this is now flooding our body with golden light.
This light brings joy and love and is now filling your body and flooding all those empty spaces which are now free,
All those spaces that need to be filled.
Feel the light and love flood every cell of your being.
Feel the warmth of the golden sun energy flood your head,
Your neck,
Your chest,
Your torso,
Your stomach,
Your arms,

Your spine,

Now you're feeling lighter.
You have released a lot of stuck energy and you are relaxing deeper still and bring your expanded energy back into your physical body.
