This is a sleep time meditation for children to help them relax and fall asleep at bedtime. It is based on the Yoga Nidra style meditation, where we bring focus to different parts of the body. This helps calm their mind and fully release into sleep. Infused with reiki, this meditation has an added benefit of receiving the healing, relaxing energy whilst listening.
