Hello dear friend,

I invite you to bring to mind a moment in your life when you felt really confident.

See yourself in your mind's eye how you were carrying yourself with an unwavering confidence.

How does your body feel right now when you bring back those beautiful memories?

You are probably wondering what happened to your confidence?

Have you lost it along the way?

And what made you decide to step away from your inner power?

That's okay,

That's all okay.

No need to blame anyone,

For this happened the way it did.

In this meditation we will work together to restore your inner confidence,

So you can step into your true power and reconnect with your innate confidence.

What you will be doing is claim back your own power.

I hope you are already in a nice and quiet space,

Away from all distractions,

Noise and life.

Begin in a comfortable posture with your back upright.

Take a deep breath and as you do,

Raise your shoulders and then relax them down your back.

Relax your spine and as you breathe out,

Stack each vertebrae on top of each other.

Allow each vertebrae to come down easily and slowly.

Bring your shoulders up,

Back and down,

Relaxing and softening them.

Palms resting in your lap,

Palms facing the sky.

Gently rotate your eyes one way and then the other way and slowly allow them to close down.

Take a moment here to just be.

Every moment is a new moment,

It hasn't happened before.

Honor this moment.

Notice how it feels to be present in your body right now.

Focus your awareness on your arms,

Your hands,

Your legs and your feet.

Become aware of your front side and back side of your body.

Take a deep breath and release.

Direct your attention inward and notice what you see.

What is the visual or image that comes to mind?

This is a time for relaxation and being.

Whatever comes to mind,

You can say to it,

Thank you,

But not right now.

Let's take three centering breaths,

Breathing into your abdomen and breathing out of your abdomen.

With every breath,

Feel your essence energy being activated,

Feeling stronger and more in tune with yourself.

Allow the breath to return to its normal rhythm.

Drop your shoulders even more.

Relax and soften the muscles in your upper back.

Squeeze your shoulder blades together and release.

Open up the area between your collarbones.

Unclench the jaw and feel the breath entering your body easily.

Nice and easy,

Effortless breaths.

Calming and relaxing.

You are exactly where you are meant to be.

You have been guided here to this moment by a power higher than you,

To visit a place inside yourself where you can hear your spirit whispering to you.

Breathe in and go deeper and deeper with your awareness so you can find the gem that's your confidence.

Keep breathing.

No need to worry if you will find it or not because it's there.

You were born with it.

It's been covered up by layers and layers of insecurity,

Insufficiency,

Inadequacy,

Incapability,

A mental construct of feeling less of,

Not good enough.

Go deeper and deeper and visualize in your mind's eye how all the layers that covered up your self-confidence are being removed,

Dispersed,

Dissolved and disintegrated.

And see these limiting layers evaporate into thin air.

Take a moment to enjoy seeing all the layers disappear.

There is no need to prove to anyone that you are a confident person.

It's enough for you to believe that and to know that deep within your guts,

Your solar plexus,

Your belly.

You know who you are.

You don't need to be validated by anyone else as a confident person.

You know that you are a confident human being.

Notice what you feel energetically as your confidence is being activated,

Switched on,

Turned on,

Set in motion within your solar plexus.

Imagine a bright and warm energy swirling in your belly.

Take a deep breath into your abdomen and feel your confidence growing,

Spreading and expanding in your whole body.

Keep breathing and expand this confidence.

Make it bigger than your body,

Bigger than the room you are in,

Bigger than your house,

Bigger than the city you live in.

And finally,

Bigger than the country and the continent where you are right now.

Feel this energy ball that's your confidence expanding in all directions.

Bask in this moment of feeling and being confident.

Become aware of your experience.

Invite your breath to create openness and spaciousness for all your feelings and emotions to come up.

Notice if you experience any resistance.

Scan your body in your mind's eye from the top of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes.

Where in your body do you experience the resistance?

Notice if you feel any tightness,

Heaviness,

Discomfort or pain.

Focus your attention on that part of your body that's blocked by the resistance.

And visualize the resistance getting smaller and smaller as it's embraced and surrounded by love and compassion.

Take a breath and restore the confidence back into your body.

Let it settle deeply into your hips and lower back.

Take a deep breath and say to yourself,

I am a confident person.

I always was and I will always be.

I know who I am deep within my core.

I am strong and confident.

I am a confident human being.

Let your mind rest on the words,

I am confident.

And so be it.
