Welcome to this guided meditation,
I'm glad that you are here,
Before we begin find a flat surface to sit up against or lay down,
Whether that be the floor,
A yoga mat,
A seat,
Your sofa or a bed,
Feel your spine connecting to the surface and release as much tension as you can at this moment,
Allow your head to find a comfortable position on the surface,
Let the full weight of your head rest down,
There is nothing to hold,
There is nothing to grip on to,
Adjust yourself and relax,
Release any tension in your jaw,
Any tension in your tongue,
No grinding of the teeth,
Just close your mouth,
Do not purse your lips together,
Just let them gently touch and if you haven't done so already,
Close your eyes and exhale through your nose,
Exhale through your nose,
Release any and all tension held in the lips,
In the cheek,
In the chin and in your tongue,
When you release the tension here you should feel your neck release,
Allow your head to rest heavy on the floor,
On the surface,
Allowing to melt into the surface beneath you and relax,
Pay close attention to your eyelids,
Relax your eyelids,
Relax your nose,
Now relax your jaw,
Your tongue and your lips,
Relax your eyelids,
Relax your ears,
Unleash your scalp and unfurrow your brow,
Relax your lips,
Relax your tongue,
Unclench your jaw and feel the full weight of your head resting on the surface,
Suspended from the top of your spinal column,
Relax your neck,
Now take your hands and turn them upwards,
Turn your palms up towards the ceiling,
Pay attention to any misalignments in your shoulders and imagine two strings attached to your shoulders pulling them down towards the ground,
As they sink feel yourself dropping deeper into relaxation,
Feel your chest opening up,
Your shoulder blades drawing closer together beneath you,
Relax the muscles between your neck and shoulders in the front,
Sinking deeper,
Be conscious of any misalignments and adjust yourself if you need to,
Keep your palms pointing up towards the ceiling,
Allow any tension in your shoulders to release,
And as they release sink deeper,
Feel your chest expand,
Relax your eyelids,
Relax your jaw,
Now with your eyes still closed,
Lift your gaze upwards behind your eyelids,
And lift your eyes up towards your eyebrows,
And from here send your awareness up and over the top of your head,
And down your spinal column,
As if your consciousness has done a slow backwards somersault,
Bring a warm healing white light with you,
Starting at the very top of your spinal column,
Your cervical spine,
And slowly vertebrae by vertebrae,
Release any tension held between each one,
Breathe white light into the space between each vertebrae,
Take your time,
Moving down through your cervical spine one vertebrae at a time,
Filling each space with white light,
And now you will naturally enter the thoracic spine,
Your upper back,
And continue down vertebrae by vertebrae,
From vertebrae T1 to T2,
T3 to T4,

T43 left to deal with things alone,
The feeling of having no one in your corner,
When people were harsh with you,
When a parental figure was harsh with you,
And you had no one to turn to,
So you turned inward,
And you stayed there,
Feel T10 under the white light now,
Feel the potential abandonment,
The loneliness of a gentle person in a harsh world,
Let the white light press into T10 on both sides of this vertebrae,
Feel it soften,
T11 holds shock and trauma,
The images that play on a loop,
The scenes that you cannot stop replaying,
The stressful moments that your mind recorded in high definition,
And refuses to delete,
Parental panic lives here,
Shame,
Anxiety about everything and everyone,
The way a parent handled a crisis by falling apart,
Or by running,
And you absorbed this energy from them,
You learnt that when something goes wrong,
The response is chaos,
Feel T11 under the white light now,
Sense the looping of images slowing down,
Feel the shock beginning to discharge,
Let the light press in and release,
Now from T10 and T11,
Feel a cord of energy extending outwards to the right side of your rib gauge,
Just beneath your liver,
Follow this cord from your spine to your gallbladder,
A thread of yellow light connecting your spinal column to this small but fierce organ,
And here you have arrived at your gallbladder,
A small pear shaped organ tucked beneath your liver on your right side,
Your masculine side,
The side that faces the external world,
It is small,
But it is powerful,
Your gallbladder stores bile,
The substance that your liver produces to break down fat,
To digest what is difficult to digest,
And yours has been working overtime,
Because you have been swallowing bitterness for years,
And your gallbladder has been trying to break it down,
So acknowledge your gallbladder,
And thank it,
It has been processing what you could not say out loud,
Every bitter thought,
Every grudge,
Every time you bit your tongue instead of speaking,
Your gallbladder received the bill for that silence,
Feel the weight of it,
You may feel a tightness beneath your right ribcage,
A density,
Ache that you have learned to ignore,
That is not just bile,
That is bitterness,
It is resentment,
It is every judgement that you made about yourself and your circumstances,
That you could not change and could not accept,
Sense it and do not run from it,
Do not swallow it again,
Just be present with it,
Now say in your mind,
I see the bitterness,
I see where it lives,
I release,
Now we go deeper,
Deeper into the yellow light,
The frequency of your solar plexus at 528hz,
The frequency of dramatic change,
Your gallbladder sits in the territory of your solar plexus chakra,
This is where your personal power lives,
Your confidence,
Your ability to make decisions,
Your courage,
And yours has been compromised,
You are a gentle person,
Timid not by weakness but by choice,
Because you learned early that gentleness was safer than confrontation,
That staying quiet kept the peace,
That swallowing your opinions kept you alive,
But the cost of that gentleness is bitterness,
Because gentle people still feel anger,
They feel it deeply,
They feel it precisely,
They just do not express it,
They store it,
And you store it in your gallbladder,
Feel the healing yellow light of the solar plexus filling this small organ now,
Feel it warming the bile,
Feel it softening the walls,
You might have had a parental figure that was harsh on you,
Or a figure who carried that paternal energy that was harsh,
And you did not know how to meet harshness with anything but retreat,
Because you are not harsh,
You are not built for cruelty,
And that is not a flaw,
But your body confused gentleness with powerlessness,
And your gallbladder has been carrying the proof,
Every grudge is a decision you did not make,
Every resentment is a boundary you did not set,
Every bit of thought is a word you did not say,
Relax your eyelids,
Relax your tongue,
Feel your shoulders sinking deeper,
Feel your chest opening wider,
And now we address the patterns,
You overcorrect your boundaries because you might have been taken advantage of,
And instead of finding the middle ground,
You swing between having no boundaries and building walls,
Between letting everyone in,
And pushing everyone out,
And your gallbladder feels this,
And every time you swing,
Your digestion responds with bloating,
Nausea,
Indigestion,
Your gut is reacting to your indecision,
Because the gallbladder is the organ of decision making,
And you are paralysed,
Feel that paralysis in the healing yellow light,
Feel how it locks your solar plexus,
How it freezes your courage,
Now say in your mind,
I am allowed to have boundaries without building walls,
I am allowed to be gentle and still say no,
I do not need to be aggressive in order to be heard,
I do not need to be sarcastic to disagree,
I can say what I mean directly,
Without armour,
Without performance,
Without drama,
Release,
Now breathe deep into your diaphragm,
Expanding your ribcage,
Giving your gallbladder some space,
Push the diaphragm down as you inhale,
And let it rise as you exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Releasing,
Again inhale,
Feel the right side of your ribcage opening,
Exhale and feel your gallbladder softening,
Your gallbladder is connected to your liver,
And your liver is connected to anger,
And beneath your anger is fear,
And beneath your fear is a gentle person who wants to be loved,
But does not trust love because love has always come with harshness,
So you've communicated at arm's length,
You've wanted closeness,
But you fear it,
You've wanted intimacy,
But you sabotage it,
Because the people who were supposed to love you were the ones who were harshest to you,
So you push people away before they can get close enough to be harsh to you,
And then you resent them for not trying harder,
And then you judge yourself for pushing them away,
And the cycle feeds your gallbladder another dose of bile,
Feel that cycle,
Feel the loop,
The ones that play on repeat,
The stressful scenes,
And the traumatic moments,
Now say in your mind,
I release the loop,
The images no longer control me,
I can remember without reliving,
I can acknowledge without replaying,
Now say,
I release the bitterness I have stored instead of spoken,
I release the grudges I have carried instead of resolved,
I release the jitters I have carried instead of resolved,
Of things I cannot change,
I release the pride I have taken in my pain,
My pain made me strong and I honor that,
Pain is not my identity,
Strength does not require suffering as proof,
I am allowed to be joyful,
I am allowed to have peace,
I have been stale and bitter for too long,
And I am done.
Any unpleasant thoughts that arise,
Any resistance,
Any part of you that grips the bitterness because it is familiar,
Say in your mind,
Cancel,
Cancel.
Now fill your entire gallbladder with healing yellow light,
From the walls,
The bile ducts,
The connection to your liver,
All of it bathed in warm golden yellow,
The frequency of your solar plexus at full power,
And watch as this warm golden yellow transitions now to white,
The purest healing light,
The spectrum of light,
Dissolving the bitterness,
Thinning the bile,
Restoring the flow,
From your liver through your gallbladder into your digestive system.
Your gallbladder is the organ of decisions,
And the decision you are making right now is to let go,
To stop swallowing what you should have spoken,
To stop storing what should be released,
To stop recycling your pain as personality,
Your body knows how to digest this,
Your gallbladder knows how to release bile at the right time,
In the right amount.
It was bitterness that blocked the flow,
And the bitterness is leaving now.
Notice the work that you have done,
Notice that something has shifted,
Feel the change in your gallbladder,
Feel the change beneath your right ribcage,
Where there was bitterness,
There is now flow,
Where there was indecision,
There is now clarity,
Where there was a loop of stressful images,
There is now stillness,
Where there was a gentle person hiding behind sarcasm,
There is now a gentle person who can speak directly.
Notice this,
And sit with this,
Your gallbladder feels different,
Lighter,
Less dense,
The bile is flowing,
Your digestion is responding,
The abandonment at T10 has been seen,
The shock at T11 has been discharged,
The cord of energy between your spine and your gallbladder is flowing freely now,
Yellow and white light moving without obstruction.
You showed up for yourself today,
And you looked at the bitterness that you have been swallowing,
The harshness you received,
And the gentleness that you felt.
You suppressed the loops and the grudges and the sarcasm,
And you decided to let them go.
Not because your pain was not real,
Because it was real,
It shaped you,
It made you resilient,
And it has served its purpose.
Notice that you are still here,
You are still breathing,
You are still gentle,
And now you are free.
Breathe into this change and let it settle.
Now take the healing you have done and pull it back,
Back from your gallbladder,
Back along the cord of energy to vertebrae T10 and T11.
Breathe it in back to your spine,
Feel the white light gather at vertebrae T10 and vertebrae T11,
And now breathe it in and carry it back up your spinal column,
Vertebrae by vertebrae,
From T9,
T8,
T7,
T6,
Bringing the white light with you to vertebrae T5,
T4,
T3,
T2,
And T1.
Breathing the white light again up through the top of your spine,
Your cervical spine,
To the very top of your spinal column.
Now carry it over the top of your head,
Back over like a wave,
Over the crown of your head,
Down to your eyes,
And now carry it down your face,
Down your neck,
Down your chest and down your arms to your hands,
Down your torso,
Letting it pass through your gallbladder again as it descends a second wave of healing,
Down through your liver,
Down through your digestive system,
Down through your belly,
And your hips and your legs and your knees.
Down to your feet.
Allow it to fill and expand throughout your entire body.
Feel it expanding beyond your body,
Into your aura.
Watch it glow.
Watch it expand.
Watch it fill any gaps,
Any holes in your energy.
Breathe into it and let it radiate.
Thank your gallbladder for storing what you could not process.
Thank your gallbladder for carrying the bitterness so your mind did not have to.
Thank your liver for its partnership in breaking down what was hard to digest.
Thank vertebrae T10 for holding the abandonment so you could find it and release it.
Thank vertebrae T11 for recording the trauma so your body could finally let the loop stop.
Thank your solar plexus for its courage.
Thank your solar plexus for its courage.
Thank your spine for carrying this energy.
Thank your body for its patience.
Thank yourself for showing up today,
For choosing to stop swallowing your truth,
For letting go of pain as identity.
This is an act of self-love.
This is what self-love feels like.
Now breathe,
Inhale through your nose for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And exhale for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
And exhale for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Again,
Inhale for one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
And exhale for five,
Four.
Now we're going to count up to eight.
And at eight,
You will open your eyes and find that you are in better health mentally,
Spiritually,
Physically than before.
Two,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
Carry this healing with you through the rest of your day.
And thank you for listening.
If there is a part of your body that you would like to connect to,
Write it in your five-star review at the end of this recording.
