Chakra Restoration Sound Bath

Welcome to this full Chakra restoration sound bath challenge. I've designed this experience to provide an activation and alignment of each of the 7 main Chakra centers in 30 minutes. Beginning with the Root Chakra and aligning our power centers all the way up to the Crown Chakra.

There will be a notification at the beginning of each Chakra transition with a gentle tap of a Planetary Chime that is associated to one of the 7 Chakras.
