Welcome to our Guided Meditation for releasing negativity. In this meditation, we've included a powerful practice that allows us to channel the negativity in our lives into a physical and interactive way. It can be difficult for us to release our negative thoughts and energy at times and having a practice to help us breathe and release it can help us when we need it most. We hope you enjoy this beneficial practice to release negativity!

Welcome to our guided meditation to remove negativity.

In this meditation,

We will be going through several different practices to release the negativity within us,

Physically and emotionally.

Before we begin,

I invite you to make yourself comfortable in an upright position,

Either cross-legged or on a chair with a comfortably straight back is just perfect.

You may place your palms face down on your knees and close your eyes.

Let's just focus on your breathing for a moment.

Gently relax your shoulders as you lower them down and find the comfort and ease in your body.

I now invite you to bring your hands into a prayer position in front of you with both palms pressed flatly against each other and apply some light pressure from both arms.

It's important to not place too much pressure on your hands during this exercise.

Remember to release the pressure during each breath before applying the gentle pressure again.

The goal is not to push hard,

But to gently direct the negativity into your palms with light pressure so that it may be condensed and released.

Imagine now all of your negative thoughts and energy,

Stress and weight of life being channeled into your palms,

Into the light pressure you apply against each hand.

All of the negativity flowing into the palms of your hand,

Building up the pressure,

Building up the density.

Now visualize this pressure as red light building up in your hands and filling them with those heavy thoughts and emotions.

All of your stress,

All of the negativity in your life being channeled in between the pressure of your two palms.

Imagine your palms radiating red light filled with the density of your heavy emotions.

Feel all of those thoughts into your palms,

All of those heavy feelings into your palms building up as pressure,

Building up as red light.

Now let's take some heavy sighs,

Each breath pulling in comforting energy,

Expanding your core and each exhale sending the negativity into your palms,

Stripping it from every part of your body.

Breathe in,

Expanding and a hard breath out compacting.

Hard breath in,

Expanding,

Heavy breath out compacting.

Hard breath in,

Expanding,

Heavy breath out compacting.

Hard breath in,

Expanding,

Heavy breath out compacting.

Hard breath in,

Expanding,

Heavy breath out compacting.

One more hard breath in as you expand and the heavy breath out compacting the weight in between your palms.

Feel how the pressure has picked up in your palms,

All of the red light radiating in between them.

With your eyes still closed,

Continue visualizing all of this negativity building up as red light in your hands,

Filling them with your frustrations,

Anger and stress.

Now release the pressure from your palms and turn each palm upward to the sky in receiving position.

And imagine with this next breath,

Blue light coming into your core.

And as you exhale,

Allowing that blue light to flow into your palms,

Releasing all the red negativity from your hands as you consciously release this heavy energy from your palms into the air.

Large breath in,

And exhale,

Releasing the negativity out of your hands with blue light.

Another large breath in,

And exhale,

Releasing the negativity out of your palms with blue light.

One more large breath in,

And exhale,

Releasing the negativity out of your palms with blue light.

Each breath you take releases more and more negativity and stress from your body.

Imagine as that blue light moving through you,

Forcing the red light to pour out of your hands and into the air,

Freeing you from the weight of negativity,

Of stress,

Of anger.

Now observe the stillness of your body with your palms still facing the sky.

Observe how the tension and stress seeps from your hands and out of your body,

Allowing peace to enter your mind.

All of the blue light from your breath,

Releasing the last bits of red and heavy energy from your hands,

Releasing all negativity,

All stress.

Now observe the lightness in your palms,

The lightness in your body after releasing that heavy energy.

Observe the sensations you're feeling.

I now want you to tune into your heart and think of one thing in your life that you're truly grateful for and how lucky you are to have this in your life.

Now bring your hands in and place your palms on your heart and feel the gratitude that you have for having this in your life.

Feel the thankfulness and appreciation that comes with this gratitude.

Your heart is beating and you are alive and this is truly a miracle.

Tuning into our gratitude can help us overcome those negative emotions that surface in our lives.

And physical activity and breath can help to channel that frustration and heaviness,

Allowing it to be released.

Gently breathe into your palms as you feel your heart beat against your hands.

Feel how alive you are.

You are a gift to this world.

We all experience negativity and stress in our lives.

It's finding tools to release those feelings that can bring us back to a state of appreciation and gratitude.

The stress and negativity can be processed with conscious effort.

You may repeat the process with your palms if you still feel those heavy emotions within you.

Be sure to breathe and release.
