Tibetan bowl guided meditation.
I invite you to make yourself comfortable.
Close your eyes and allow your body and mind to relax.
In this meditation,
We will begin by chanting the word Aum.
It is said that Aum is the sound from which the universe emanates from.
And though we all produce a different version of this Aum when we chant,
It's the vibration we create inside that symbolizes the never-ending vibration of the universe.
By tuning ourselves with this chant,
We can align ourselves with all that is.
Recognizing this inner divinity in the process will lead us away from patterns of judgment and self-critique,
Bringing us into harmony with the world around us.
And once we are aligned,
We will repeat self-inspiring positive affirmations.
Positive affirmations are statements kindly spoken about ourselves in repetition to encourage and help us reconnect with the inner love that we often fail to give ourselves.
Vocalizing our own value can have a powerful subconscious effect,
Helping us to release negativity from our lives and changing our patterns of thought for the better.
I encourage you to really feel these words that you speak within you.
The greatest transformations happen when we truly believe.
Though it may be difficult to believe the words we say about ourselves,
With repetition,
The belief can start to form.
We will now begin.
I want you to take a nice inhale,

Release your breath with a gentle om,
Like so.
