Welcome to this morning self love affirmation meditation.

Repeat the following affirmations either out loud or in your mind.

Really tuning into the energy of them and believing them and knowing them as true.

Good morning to me.

I am gentle with myself this morning.

I have compassion for myself and my heart.

Today is a new day to honour myself and my needs.

I choose to remain loving and positive towards myself today.

I am sacred and special.

I am a good and kind person.

I am worthy of love.

I trust myself today.

I treat myself with respect.

I put my wellbeing first.

Today I will do my best and that is enough.

I am perfect just the way I am.

I listen to my heart.

My emotions are valid.

There is nobody else like me.

I am a gift to the world.

I do things just for me.

I give myself loving attention and presence.

I look after my body,

Mind and spirit.

I think loving thoughts about myself.

I am precious.

Today I will be the love that I truly am.
