Make yourself comfortable wherever you are right now and begin to deepen your breath.
Let go of your day so far.
Let go of any thoughts that are wandering and begin to imagine your breath entering through the bottoms of your feet all the way up the spine to the crown of your head moving any stagnant energy or emotions and as you exhale feel the breath traveling back down and out through the bottoms of your feet.
Letting go of anything that is not going to serve you in this meditation.
Take a deep breath in through the bottoms of the feet,
Expand the breath,
Expand the lungs,
Expand the ribcage,
Moving any energy that's stuck in your body and as you exhale release it.
One more deep inhale and exhale let it go.
We know that rejection is painful but it's mostly painful because of the stories we tell ourselves about what the rejection means.
That also means we have the ability to pass these hard feelings through us and create a new story.
Rejection very rarely has anything to do with you and has everything to do with the other person.
Rejection is also the basis of so many success stories.
So see this rejection as a pathway to something better,
Something that is more in alignment with you because you are worthy of so much more.
You are enough exactly as you are.
Your worth does not depend on someone else's ability to recognize it and if somebody is not choosing you then they are not for you.
So begin to call your power back from all time,
Space,
People,
Places or things.
Feel all of your energy coming back to you,
Empowering yourself,
Giving yourself exactly what you need right now.
Breathing into your body,
Feeling into your aliveness,
Remembering all the things that had to go right for you to be here right now.
And just continue to circulate that breath,
Feeling it enter through the bottoms of your feet,
Traveling all the way up the spine,
Moving any stagnant energy,
Any stuck emotions,
Meeting at the crown of your head and slowly let it go all the way back down to the bottoms of your feet and out to be recycled into new energy.
See this rejection as an opening towards a new opportunity.
Know that this rejection doesn't have to mean anything about you.
Maybe you need to go bigger or just pivot into a new direction because this rejection is creating space for something else to come through.
And you have a choice to believe that whatever it is that wants to come through is better than you could have imagined.
You have full control over your mindset right now.
You have full control over how you see this rejection.
You can take this and dwell and stay in your feelings or you can remember that this is simply a redirection and one day when you zoom out and think long term,
One day you will be so grateful and see this as a blessing.
There is so much better meant for you and what deserves you will reveal itself.
It will manifest in your physical reality.
Begin to imagine roots growing from the base of your spine all the way down into the earth,
Through the soil,
Through the layers of the earth,
All the way to the center,
To the core of the earth.
And begin to pull energy from the earth up through the roots and into your body grounding you,
Making you feel safe and rooted,
Continuing to cycle your breath.
And with each exhale,
Releasing anything that no longer serves you,
Anything that you want to let go of right now,
Stagnant emotions,
Stagnant energy,
Densities,
Stagnant thoughts,
Stagnant energy densities down through your roots and into the earth to be recycled.
And stay with that breath,
Breathing in through the bottoms of the feet,
Creating space by moving any energy,
Any stagnant emotions up through the spine and all the way back down and out through the body,
Recycling that old energy to create and make space for something new.
How does it feel in your body to know that everything is happening for you?
To know that everything is unfolding exactly as it needs to for your highest good,
Even if it doesn't make sense right now.
See this as an opportunity to go bigger,
An opportunity to expand your life a little bit more,
Choosing to stay in your power and choosing to stay open to the unknown.
Notice how your body feels now and take this with you throughout the rest of your day.
