Become A Magnet To Success By Being Seen

To achieve large amounts of success, often we need to be comfortable being seen as our most authentic selves. The problem is, a lot of us don't. We often present a mask of our most ideal self to the world.. this meditation will guide you into feeling comfortable to take off that mask and show up as your most authentic self. When we show up authentically, our energy becomes magnetic. When we are living in our magnetism, we can then attract the success that we want, and feel a sense of comfort once we get there.

In order to become a magnet for success we need to first become comfortable with success and with large amounts of success. We need to become comfortable with being seen. A lot of us have a fear of being seen and a lot of the times with large amounts of success comes also large amounts of being seen, Especially if you are a public figure. So this meditation will help us to rewire the brain working against our instincts, Maybe working against what we've been taught. So begin by closing your eyes if you haven't already, Making yourself comfortable and relaxing your entire body. Allowing any stress, Any tension, Any lower dense energies to melt out of the body into the surface underneath you. Taking a deep breath in through the nose. Hold the breath at the top. And exhale, Let it go. Hold at the bottom. Again, Inhale, Deep breath in. Hold. Exhale, Let it go. And hold at the bottom. One more time, Deepest breath of your day so far. Inhale. Hold at the top. Exhale, Slowly let it go. And hold it at the bottom. You can bring your breathing back to normal. Our brains have strong animalistic instincts based on our evolution. So back when we were cave people, Depending on our tribes, On our communities, It was extremely unsafe for us to do things differently, To step outside of the box, To be innovative, Or go against what the majority was doing. The risk of being kicked out or abandoned by our community was essentially the difference between survival and death. Similarly now, The fear of getting canceled can feel extremely painful. Getting disowned by your community is grief in its own way and that's a really hard emotion to deal with. And although the stakes are a little bit different, It's still something that we subconsciously fear and try our best to avoid. So if you want to achieve large levels of success, Whether you are an artist, An actor, A business owner, Entrepreneur, Anything, You need to get past your fear of being seen. Past your fear of being seen for who you authentically are. So to do this, Go back to the first memory that you can recall where you showed up authentically and got rejected in some way because of this. And just trust the first thing that comes up. And if you can't remember the first time, Think of any time you got rejected for doing something authentic to you. Now remember that people project their own insecurities onto you when they make fun of you or when they reject aspects of you that are authentic. And maybe you're just not for them and that's okay. Not everyone needs to like you. Remember, You do not need external validation. The only person you need validation from is you. And this comes naturally when you show up authentically and when you build on your self-worth. Now come back to that memory. And begin to reprogram it. So what I mean by this is just remember it differently. Remember it how you would like to remember it. Your ideal outcome. Play that in your head. Visualize that. What is your ideal outcome of this situation when you show up authentically? And embody this energy. Embody this outcome as if it happened. And just take a moment to receive a healing here. Now with your fingers, Begin to tap the crown of your head as you repeat the following affirmation. And really feel these words as you tap. It is safe for me to speak my truth. Now tapping underneath the eye, It is safe for me to live my life the way I want to live it. Now tapping right underneath the nose, I acknowledge any fear of being seen that I may have picked up and I let it go now. Tapping the chin, My magnetism expands when I show up authentically. Now tapping the chest, I don't need anything outside of me to feel whole. We're going to repeat that tapping the crown of the head. It is safe for me to speak my truth. Now underneath the eye, It is safe for me to live my life the way I want to live it. Under the nose, I acknowledge any fear of being seen I may have picked up and I let it go now. Tapping the chin, My magnetism expands when I show up authentically. And tapping the chest, I don't need anything outside of me to feel whole. One more time, Tapping the crown of the head, It is safe for me to speak my truth. Under the eye, It is safe for me to live my life the way I want to live it. Under the nose, I acknowledge any fear of being seen I may have picked up and I let it go now. Tapping the chin, My magnetism expands when I show up authentically. And tapping the chest, I don't need anything outside of me to feel whole. Now tapping the crown of the head, It is safe for me to be seen fully as my most authentic self. Take a deep breath in, Feel this new energy and exhale any old energy that might be left over. Let it all go with that exhale. Know that you just shifted so much energy, You can bring your awareness back into your body. And come back to this meditation at any time, Come back to this daily to really reinforce this. And come up whenever you're ready.
