The Buddha identified six senses: sight, hearing, smell, taste, touch and thoughts. We can't control our thoughts, therefore it's seen as a separate sense. In this meditation we practice to become aware of the different senses separately and observe objectively whatever we experience through our senses, as it is. By consciously transcending the senses, we become aware of that we're not our senses. We're the experiencer. A beautiful meditation to become present of whatever is, right here and right now.

I found this meditation very interesting and relaxing. I had the fortune of practising it in real life. Namaste 💜
