And as you're seated,

Move your awareness to your breath,

Your inhalations and exhalations.

Every time you inhale,

Feel your belly expanding.

Every time you exhale,

Feel your belly contracting.

Inhale,

Belly expands.

Exhale,

Belly contracts.

Feel yourself being surrounded with a beautiful golden light,

Within which you're completely safe,

Completely loved.

You can trust this is the energy of divine love surrounding you.

And just watch how your body feels.

Just become a witness.

Many times,

Your mind runs all over the place,

With thoughts,

With ideas.

Thousands and millions of ideas pulling at you.

The Guru Gaga Sleep Meditation will allow you to very playfully let go of all of this.

This is a very playful practice,

Where you drop all seriousness.

You drop ideas of what you should be,

How you should be.

You drop the idea of what others think about you.

You enter a state of childlike innocence.

You return to your original childlike state,

To your natural state of being.

You will start by blabbering.

You will blabber and babble,

Whatever comes,

Like a small baby.

Keep blabbering.

Suddenly,

You will feel like laughing.

Go ahead.

Sometimes you will laugh so much that your belly might hurt.

Sometimes you might laugh so much that you will have tears flowing down.

That is okay.

And again,

Go back to the blabbering.

This works beautifully for sleep,

Because you are letting go of so many things that might have happened.

You are freeing yourself,

And that blabber brings in a new openness,

A new awareness.

Keeping your eyes closed,
