So let's get home.
To start with,
I want you to sit in a very comfortable position,
Completely relaxed.
So you could be sitting on the ground,
Cross-legged,
Or you could be sitting in a chair,
You could be sitting on a couch.
Be completely relaxed and just sit up.
And now that you're sitting comfortably,
I want you to simply and very gently close your eyes.
Close your eyes,
Sit comfortably,
And I want you to feel your body starting to relax.
So start with your head,
Feel your head relaxing,
Your forehead relaxing,
Feel the sensation of relaxation moving to your eyes,
Relaxing your eyes,
Relaxing your cheeks,
Relaxing your lips,
Relaxing your face.
Feel a beautiful sensation of relaxation entering your earlobes,
Moving lower down to your neck,
Relaxing your neck,
Relaxing your throat.
Feel the sensation of relaxation moving over your shoulders.
Feel light in your shoulders.
Let the sensation of relaxation move down lower to your chest,
To your heart center.
Feel your heart relaxing.
Feel every cell in your body relaxing.
Feel the sensation of relaxation moving over your back,
Your upper back relaxing,
Moving lower down to your middle back,
Relaxing your back,
Letting go of any tension,
Any stress.
Moving lower down to your lower back,
Your tummy,
Feel your tummy relaxing.
Move down lower,
Feel the sensation of relaxation entering every cell of your body,
Moving through your legs,
Relaxing your legs,
Moving all the way down to your knees,
To your calves,
To your feet,
To your toes,
Relaxing your toes.
Feel the sensation moving through your arms,
Relaxing your arms,
Your hands,
Your fingers.
Now every cell in your body is completely relaxed.
Now that every part of your body is completely relaxed,
Feel a beautiful white light entering your body through the head,
Moving through your body,
Healing,
Rejuvenating,
Energizing every cell in your body.
Feel this white light,
This white energy filling every part of your body,
Moving all the way down from your head,
Lower down to your feet,
Connecting you with the earth.
And now that you have this energy and you're completely relaxed,
I want you to think of your mantra.
This could be any word that you connect with.
Think of only one word as your mantra and let this mantra play.
Don't say it in your mouth,
Just let it play through your body.
As this mantra is playing,
Your mind might be tempted to have thoughts.
It's okay,
No problem.
If you have any thoughts,
Simply observe and get back to the mantra.
Now very gently,
I want you to fade the mantra away and very gently come back to the moment.
Now I want you to gently move your fingers,
Bring back awareness,
Bring back movement to your fingers.
Move your fingers,
Move your hands,
Rub your hands together to generate heat.
And now with this beautiful warm energy in your hands,
Simply touch your face,
Touch your eyes and cup your eyes and very gently open your eyes and move your hands to the heart center and thank yourself for having had this beautiful experience and come back to the moment.
