Namaste,

Many times in life you take everything too seriously.

This meditation,

The Kuku Gaga meditation,

Is a chance for you to let go,

To connect with your inner playfulness and just celebrate life.

To start,

Close your eyes and just be seated comfortably and move your awareness to your breath,

Your inhalations and exhalations.

Just watch them.

As you inhale,

Feel your belly expanding.

As you exhale,

Feel your belly contracting.

Inhale,

Belly expands.

Exhale,

Belly contracts.

And now visualize and feel a beautiful golden light,

A beautiful energy of divine love surrounding you within which you are completely safe,

Completely loved,

Completely protected.

And feel this energy flowing to your heart,

Opening your heart,

Bringing joy,

Love,

Playfulness in your heart.

And as you feel that,

We will start by babbling.

So we will keep babbling the way a baby does.

Keep babbling,

Keep babbling.

And as you babble,

Suddenly you might feel like laughing.

Laugh!

Sometimes you laugh so much,

Your belly hurts.

Sometimes you laugh so much,

You feel like crying.

It is okay.

And again,

Get back to the babbling.

We start with the babbling.

Laugh!

Laugh!

Laugh!

Laugh!

Laugh!

Laugh!

Laugh!

Laugh!

Become completely silent and allow this energy,

This playful energy to circulate within you,

Healing you from within,

Opening any blocks you might have.

Just watch how you're feeling,

Absorbing this energy,

Opening yourself to receive love,

Healing,

Playfulness.

Now,

Very gently move your hands to your heart center and namaste.

And just thank yourself for having had this experience,

For bringing in this joy and playfulness into your heart and life.

Tell yourself,

I love you.

And next,

Thank this beautiful energy here,

This divine energy that allowed you to have this practice.

Rub your palms together,

Generate heat,

And then lovingly touch yourself,

Moving your hands over your eyes,

Over your cheeks,

Over your body,

All of you.

And give yourself a nice,

Warm hug of love.

And whenever you feel like it,

Gently open your eyes and come back to me.
