I want you to know that falling off track is part of growth,
Not a failure.
Every time you choose to reset,
It's proof that you are succeeding,
Not proof that you're failing.
I invite you to use your exhales as a chance to soften any tension in your jaw,
Your shoulders,
And soften any resistance you feel in your body.
Now I invite you to release any thoughts of self-criticism,
Self-judgment,
And remember that these thoughts aren't even helping you.
They're not helping you bounce back,
They're not helping you get on track,
So why even engage?
Instead,
Repeat these affirmations to yourself.
I release the pressure to be perfect.
I forgive myself fully and completely.
I choose compassion over criticism.
I forgive myself for falling off.
I trust myself to return back into alignment.
I no longer catastrophize my setbacks.
I understand that progress is not linear.
I am capable of consistency and follow-through.
Small steps are all I need to get back into alignment.
I am allowed to fall off track and get right back on.
It is never too late to start again.
Every time I start again,
I cast a vote for who I'm becoming.
Every moment is a chance to choose again.
I am ready to bounce back.
I am ready to feel better.
I choose progress over perfection.
I am ready to realign with my higher self.
