Find a comfortable seat.

Shrug your shoulders all the way up to your ears as you take a big breath in and relax your shoulders down towards the earth as you breathe out.

Unclench in your jaw.

Release any clenching in your low belly and settle in.

Opportunity to soften your gaze.

You can keep your eyes open and soft or close down your eyelids.

Start to connect with the natural rhythm of your breath.

Notice how nourishing it feels to receive oxygen as you inhale and how cleansing it feels to release what you do not need on your exhale.

Observe the sensation of air coming in and out.

Sensation at your nostrils or your mouth,

The rise and fall of your chest,

The expansion and contraction of your low belly.

I want you to imagine yourself being bathed in warm golden light.

Imagine a little gold sun above the crown of your head and visualize a little hole popping into that sun,

Dripping out golden,

Positive,

Healing light all throughout your body.

Warm cleansing sunlight against your skin.

Now I want you to imagine yourself sometime in the future.

It could be a year from now,

Five years from now,

20 years from now.

Pick a time frame and trust that it's the right one.

And remember,

You can always change your mind.

When you visualize yourself some point in the future,

I want you to imagine as if everything you currently desire has manifested,

Your dreams,

Your goals.

Imagine the best case scenario.

No dream is too big or small.

When you visualize this future version of you who has manifested everything you desire,

What does this version of you look like?

What are they wearing?

What's their energy,

Their aura?

How do they present themselves when they walk into a room?

And when you think about your future self,

This version of you who has manifested your deepest desires,

Where do they live?

What does their home look like?

What does it feel like?

How do they greet their guests who come into their sacred space?

What sort of beverage or nourishing treat do they offer their guests to make them feel welcome in their home?

When you visualize your future self,

Who's around them?

Who do they surround themselves with?

And as you connect with your future self,

Your higher self,

What sort of routines,

Rituals,

And practices are they prioritizing?

What are their daily habits?

How are they spending their free time?

Where are they investing their energy?

What sort of boundaries do they have?

And as you connect deeper with your future self,

Your true self,

What sort of things did that person have to let go of in order to get there?

What layers did they have to shed?

And finally,

Before we say goodbye to your future self,

Ask them what sort of wisdom they'd like to leave you with.

What do they want you to know right now?

I want you to know that this version of you is not some separate entity outside of yourself.

This is you.

This is your intuition talking to you,

Your soul talking to you,

Nudging you,

Guiding you towards the life that you were destined for.

Now I want you to visualize your future self fading into a gold ball of light.

And that gold ball of light travels to the center of your chest,

The center of your heart,

Radiating outwards,

Basking you in warmth.

Remember that your future self is always there.

When you feel lost,

Connect with them.

Ask them for guidance.

Trust the words of wisdom that they have for you,

And know that it's safe to listen to them more than you listen to anyone else.

Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Deepen your breath.

If your eyes are closed,

Begin to flutter them open.

Notice your surroundings.

Take one more cleansing breath in.

Cleansing breath out.

Have a beautiful rest of your day.
