Find a comfortable seat.
Roll your shoulders up to your ears as you inhale.
Relax them down towards the earth as you exhale.
Soften all of the tiny muscles around your forehead,
Your eyebrows,
The tiny muscles around your cheeks,
Your jaw,
Softening into your chest,
Relaxing any tension down your arms and your hands,
Letting go of any clenching in your low belly apart from the gentle constriction of your exhale.
Imagine a wave of relaxation traveling down through your pelvis,
Melting away any tension in your legs,
Releasing all tension in your feet,
Softening all the way through every single toe.
The next time you exhale,
Fully softening your whole body.
Now imagine yourself on a beach,
A beautiful,
Serene beach,
Facing the sunset.
The sky is orange with hues of pink and purple mixed throughout,
Swirling through the clouds.
It's the most beautiful sunset you can imagine,
And it's reflecting in the water.
Endless orange,
Pinks and purples,
Like a painting.
As you inhale,
The tide comes in to wash against your toes.
As you exhale,
The tide goes out towards the horizon.
Continue visualizing this inhale with the tide coming in towards your toes.
Exhale out towards the horizon.
Now I want you to imagine the warmth of the sunset against your skin.
Imagine this orange glow creating a bubble of golden,
Protective energy around your entire body,
Basking you in the warmth of the sun.
Imagine this golden orange energy softening every cell in your body,
In your being,
Cleansing away any tension,
Melting away any stress or worry,
Anything on your mind or your heart that feels heavy.
Allow the water and the sun to cleanse it away from your field,
Your energy,
Your aura.
Now imagine you look away from the sunset,
And to your left,
There's a beautiful cliffside.
At the base of the cliffside is a very safe little cave with an orange glowing light radiating from within it.
It feels warm and inviting.
You feel called to it and begin to walk towards this very safe,
Warm,
Inviting cave.
As you arrive inside of the archway,
You see your inner goddess.
In a seated meditation,
She awaits you.
She's been waiting for you.
You see that this orange glowing light that called you to her is glowing and radiating from her low belly,
Her sacral chakra,
The chakra of creativity,
Nurturing,
Free-flowing energy.
As you arrive,
Your inner goddess greets you and invites you to sit with her.
This inner goddess is the part of you that is confident,
Calm,
Compassionate,
Empathetic.
The part of you that's creative and free-flowing,
Magnetic.
The part of you that knows her beauty,
Expresses her emotions freely and healthily,
And the part of you that attracts rather than chases her desires.
As you visualize your inner goddess greeting you,
Sitting with you,
What does she look like?
What is she wearing?
What does her hair look like,
Her energy,
Her aura?
If you imagine she was surrounded and adorned by flowers,
What kind of flowers are they?
How does your inner goddess make you feel?
As you sit with your inner goddess now,
What words of wisdom does she have for you?
What does she want you to know?
Now visualize your inner goddess placing her hand on your heart space,
Merging with your energy,
Cleansing away anything that stands between you and her.
As she merges with your energy,
She begins to condense into a little ball of golden,
Warm,
Sunset-colored light.
This ball of golden light travels to your pelvis,
Your womb space,
Your sacral chakra,
And resides there for you to activate at any time.
Your inner goddess always lives within you.
She is always here to speak with you and remind you of your power,
Your strength,
Your sensual feminine energy.
As you inhale,
Imagine this orange glowing light growing,
Radiating.
As you exhale,
Imagine this warm glowing light cleansing away anything you don't need.
As you say goodbye now to your inner goddess,
Remember that she is always with you.
You can always come back to this beautiful,
Safe beach with orange,
Pink,
And purple sunset and the radiating light from the base of the cliffside where your inner goddess lives.
Begin to deepen your inhales and your exhales,
Wiggle your fingers and your toes,
And slowly come back to the present moment.
Flutter your eyes open and enjoy the rest of your day.
