Hello and good morning.

Welcome to your daily morning gratitude meditation.

Find an upright and comfortable seat.

Use a wall for support if needed.

Take a breath deep into your lungs.

Exhale slowly and smoothly softening your shoulders and jaw.

Breathe in deeply feeling the rise of your chest and belly as you draw in nourishing oxygen.

Breathe out and release any tension you are holding.

This is a new day,

A fresh start full of new opportunity and possibility.

Make the decision now what kind of day you would like to have.

Give thanks for this moment and think of one thing you are grateful for in your life right now.

Aware of the feeling of thanks and gratitude as it settles in your heart and your mind.

Carry this feeling of abundance and prana life force within you throughout your day offering thanks and gratitude when and wherever you have the opportunity.

Breathing in,

Breathe out and open your eyes feeling a new sense of peace and presence.
