To start this meditation,
Please be seated comfortably,
Preferably in an upright position,
With your back not leaning against anything.
And close your eyes.
Starting,
Allow me to be the voice in your mind,
The voice of reason in your consciousness.
Feel the love emanating,
Vibration in my voice.
Feel the high frequency of the tone in which I speak.
Allow yourself to breathe in,
Releasing whatever happened during the meditation.
It is no longer.
You are now a new version of yourself.
Every instant in time.
A version that is ready to learn,
That is ready to expand,
That is ready to be in the moment,
Here and now.
And in this moment,
Right here and now,
We let go of all self-criticism.
We let go of all guilt within our mind,
Realizing that guilt is an invention in our mind.
Realizing that salvation comes from the same place as guilt,
Because everything comes from your control of your mind.
You are in control of your thoughts in your mind.
Truly feel this power.
I am in control of my mind.
I know that guilt and salvation come from the same place.
I know that nothing outside of me can save me.
Nothing outside of myself can bring me peace.
This idea excites me,
Because I know,
Inversely,
Nothing outside of me can harm me.
Nothing outside of me can disturb or upset me in any way,
Shape,
Or form,
Because I am in control.
I am in charge of the universe.
The only one that can be in charge of the u-verse is you.
Feel this power.
Feel this responsibility.
Truly feel as if you are in charge of the universe.
Whatever you say in your mind goes,
Because we know that God wants us to be healed.
God wants us to be living our best life.
God wants us to be spreading light upon this world to everyone we reach.
And we want the same things.
We want to be healed.
We want to be the best versions of ourselves at all times.
Therefore,
We are in agreement with God.
We are on the same path,
On the same page,
And we are the same consciousness as God.
Feel the consciousness of God flowing into your mind,
Flowing into your body,
Clearing your mind of all doubt,
Clearing your mind of all negativity,
Allowing light to reign supreme in your mind,
In your body,
That salvation can come from nothing outside of you.
Salvation comes from within you,
Because within you is God.
Within you is the ruler of the universe.
The one in charge of the universe is you.
My salvation comes from me.
It cannot come from anywhere else.
My salvation comes from me.

Think back in your mind some of the worldly places which you sought salvation in the past.
See these people,
These possessions,
These situations,
These events,
These self-concepts that you sought to make real,
That you sought to bring you salvation.
Think of all of them.
Ponder over them,
Realizing that none of these things,
None of these people,
None of these self-concepts or events could bring you salvation.
The only real salvation is the one you bring yourself.
My salvation cannot come from any of these things.
My salvation comes from me and only from me.

Now envision in your mind while you sit here,
Anew,
With the consciousness of God running through your mind,
Running through your mind,
Conscious reality.
Feel this newfound power,
This newfound heart,
And truly know that you are in control of the you-universe.
Feel it.
Feel it and know it.
It's true.
Your salvation comes from you and only you.
Picture in your mind clouds surrounding you.
These are the clouds where you thought salvation had lied before.
But now you know better.
Now you know salvation has never been inside of these clouds surrounding you right now in your mind's eye.
You must go past the clouds.
You must go past the clouds.
You must go past the clouds to reach the light.
Nothing you have ever wanted has manifested from these clouds.
You must reach the light.
See yourself in this moment in time,
Flying upward through these clouds,
Knowing that the light is above them.
Knowing that you will reach these clouds at all costs.
You are flying through them.
You start to feel the light.
You see a hand come from down above the clouds.
You grab this hand and allow it to help you,
Propel you through the clouds.
You start to feel this energy from the light touching your hand,
Going down your arm until you are past all of the clouds,
Until all that lies before you is light.
Pure light going through your entire body.
Pure light warming you and filling you with love,
Positivity,
And possibility.
You are now free from all external interference.
Only your own thoughts can hamper your progress now.

My salvation comes from me.

Within me is the world's salvation,
