To start this meditation,
Please be seated comfortably,
Preferably in upright position,
With your back not leaning against anything.
Because we sit here in silence,
We sit here in power,
We sit here in strength,
And we have the intention,
The strong intention,
To contact our spirit guides.
Our guides who have been with us throughout our entire life,
Who are with us right here and right now.
We give this intention to have them contact us.
We need them now.
More than ever,
We need their guidance.
We are humbled by their guidance.
We deserve their guidance.
And we allow ourselves to flow with time and space.
Feeling the love and the energy of infinite love from our guides.
Infinite energy from our guides.
This reality in which we exist right here and right now,
We know that we are never alone.
Spirit guides,
Guides that are with us at all times,
Show us our true reality.
Show us our true nature.
Our minds are open.
Our eyes are open.
Our minds eye is open and ready.
Ready to accept knowledge and love of all kinds from you.
So as we sit here with this intention,
From this point forward,
We will be on the lookout for synchronization,
Numbers,
Synchronizations of all kinds.
We may be thinking something and then it pops up on TV.
We may be saying something and someone else says it right next to us.
We realize that this is different ways that our spirit guides can communicate with us in this reality right now.
We may be able to contact them right here and right now through telepathy.
We may contact them in a dream,
Get a message from them in a dream.
We know that they can contact us in a multitude of different ways and that we will allow them to contact us in the best way possible with no assumption on how it needs to happen.
We will just allow it to happen in the best way possible.
In this moment,
Feel immense gratitude for our spirit guides.
Pour as much energy as you can into this gratitude.
