Hello and welcome to this healing meditation.

I am so glad you're here,

Taking this time for yourself.

This is your space to reconnect with the deep well of strength and peace within you,

To let your body,

Mind and spirit rest,

Renew and heal.

Find a position that feels good for you,

Whether that's sitting comfortably or lying down.

Take a moment to adjust,

Allowing yourself to fully settle.

When you're ready,

Gently close your eyes.

Let's begin this journey of restoration and inner harmony.

Take a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs fully,

And exhale slowly.

With each breath,

Feel your body becoming heavier,

More connected to the surface beneath you.

Picture yourself anchored to the earth,

Steady and supported.

Let go of any tension or worry and give yourself permission to simply be here in this moment.

Bring your attention to the top of your head.

Imagine a soft golden warmth gently resting here.

This warmth begins to flow downward,

Relaxing your forehead,

Your eyes and your jaw.

Feel it move to your neck and shoulders,

Releasing any weight you might be carrying.

Let this soothing sensation travel down your arms and into your hands,

As if they're being held in a gentle embrace.

Now allow the warmth to flow through your chest and heart,

Radiating a sense of peace and calm.

Feel it in your stomach,

Your hips and down your legs,

All the way down to your feet.

Your entire body is now bathed in this soft,

Healing energy,

Completely at ease.

Picture yourself in a vast meadow under a clear,

Starlit sky.

The air is still and peaceful,

And a soft hum of energy surrounds you.

In the center of the meadow is a glowing tree.

Its branches are wide and strong,

Its leaves shimmering with light.

This is the tree of healing,

And it's here just for you.

Walk toward the tree,

Feeling its energy grow warmer and more vibrant with every step.

As you approach,

Notice the way its light seems to pulse gently,

Inviting you to connect.

When you reach the tree,

Place your hands on its trunk.

Feel the steady,

Grounding energy flowing from its roots into you.

Imagine this energy as a golden mist that begins to travel through your body.

It moves up your arms,

Soothing and restoring every cell.

Feel it filling your chest,

Expanding your breath and softening your heart.

As it continues down through your body,

Notice how it gently releases tension and heaviness,

Leaving space for lightness and vitality.

Now see the tree's branches extending toward the sky,

Gathering the energy of the stars above.

Streams of silver light flow down from the sky,

Merging with the tree's glow.

The silver light surrounds you,

Filling you with a sense of infinite possibility and renewal.

With every breath,

Allow the energies of the tree and the stars to fill you completely,

Bringing healing,

Strength and peace.

When you feel ready,

Take a step back from the tree and look up at its radiant branches.

Know that this energy is always available to you,

Whenever you need it.

As you leave the meadow,

Feel the steady connection between your body and the earth beneath you,

Grounding you with a deep sense of balance and support.

Take a few deep breaths,

Drawing in this grounded energy and the healing you have received.

Say to yourself,

I am whole.

I am healing.

This light within me is always here,

Guiding and supporting me.

Take a few more deep breaths,

Allowing the sense of peace and renewal to settle fully within you.

Let yourself linger in this moment for as long as you need,

Savoring the calm and strength you've cultivated.

When you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings.

Wiggle your fingers and toes and when it feels right,

Slowly open your eyes.

Carry this sense of inner balance and healing with you,

Knowing that it's always available whenever you need it.
