May you find a comfortable and quiet place to sit or lie down.

Gently close your eyes and take a moment to notice how you feel today.

As you settle in,

Allow your thoughts to gently drift away,

Creating space for inner peace.

Now,

Let's deepen your connection with your breath.

Become aware of your natural breath.

Notice the air entering through your nostrils,

Filling your lungs,

And then gently leaving your body.

Observe this cycle of breath without any need to change it.

Now,

Shift your focus to deepening your breaths.

Inhale slowly,

Counting to four in your mind.

Feel your chest and belly expand with this influx of air.

Hold this breath gently for a moment,

Acknowledging the life force within you.

Then exhale smoothly,

Counting to four,

Releasing all the air along with any tension or stress.

Repeat this deep breathing pattern a few more times on your own.

With each inhale,

Imagine drawing in peace and calm.

With each exhale,

Visualize letting go of doubts and fears.

This exchange of breath is like a gentle wave washing over you,

Bringing tranquility and washing away negativity.

Now,

Bring your attention to the space between breaths.

In this brief pause,

There's a profound stillness,

Feel the quiet power of these pauses,

The still points between giving and receiving,

Between movement and rest.

After these deep breaths,

Gently allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm.

Notice the difference in your body and mind.

As your breath continues to flow effortlessly,

Visualize a wave of relaxation starting at the crown of your head.

This wave slowly moves downward,

Relaxing your forehead,

Your eyes,

And your jaw.

Visualize yourself standing in a place where you feel completely safe and at ease.

This could be a familiar room,

A serene landscape,

Or a place you've always dreamed of.

Wherever it is,

Make it yours.

In this space,

You are free to be your true self,

Without judgment or fear.

In front of you,

Imagine a large,

Clear mirror.

As you step towards it,

You see yourself reflected back.

Wiggle them slowly,
