Let's start by setting a clear intention for this practice.
Think about what awakening your inner goddess means to you.
It could be about finding your inner strength,
Embracing your beauty,
Or connecting with your intuition.
Hold this intention in your heart as we move through the meditation.
Find a comfortable position,
Sitting or lying down.
Make sure your back is supported and you feel at ease.
Gently close your eyes and turn your attention to your breath.
Notice the natural rhythm of your breathing,
The rise and fall of your chest and belly without trying to change it.
Allow this awareness to ground you in the present moment.
Now let's begin by deepening our breath.
This will help us prepare the body and mind for the deeper work of connecting with our inner goddess.
Take a slow deep inhalation through your nose.
Allow your chest and belly to expand fully,
Like a balloon filling with air.
Feel the coolness of the air as it enters your nostrils,
Filling you with life and energy.
Hold this breath for a moment at the peak of your inhalation and then gently release it through your mouth,
Slowly and controlled,
As if you are blowing through a straw.
Feel the warmth of the exhaled air and notice the release of tension in your body.
Repeat this deep breathing a couple more times on your own,
Each time allowing yourself to sink deeper into relaxation.
After your last deep breath,
Allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm.
Notice the difference in your body and mind after these deep breaths.
You may feel more relaxed,
More present,
Or more alive.
These sensations are signs of your inner goddess stirring,
Ready to awaken.
We will now do a gentle body scan.
This will help us to connect deeply with our physical selves,
Releasing any blocks or tension that might be hindering the flow of our inner strength and wisdom.
Starting at the top of your head,
Gently shift your awareness there.
Without judgment,
Simply observe any sensations,
Feelings,
Or thoughts that arise.
Imagine each exhale as a wave of relaxation,
Washing over the top of your head,
Easing any tension.
Slowly move this wave of awareness down to your forehead,
Eyes,
Cheeks,
And jaw.
Many of us hold tension in our faces without realizing it.
Allow your facial muscles to soften.
Allow the skin on your face to smooth out and feel your jaw unclench.
Continue guiding this wave of relaxation down your neck and shoulders,
An area where stress often accumulates.
Visualize the tension melting away,
Dripping off your shoulders and dissolving into the ground.
Feel your shoulders dropping away from your ears,
Creating space between your neck and shoulders.
Allow this soothing wave to travel down your arms,
All the way to your fingertips,
Relaxing the muscles as it goes.
Notice the sensations in your hands and fingers.
They may tingle or feel warm as the tension releases.
Bring your awareness to your chest and abdomen.
Feel the rise and fall with each natural breath.
With every exhale,
Release any tightness or discomfort you may find.
Imagine your breath reaching deep into your core,
Awakening the warm glowing light of your inner goddess.
Continue to scan down through your hips,
Legs,
And feet,
Allowing each part of your body to relax fully.
If you find areas of tension or discomfort,
Breathe into them,
Imagining the breath as a healing light that eases pain and stiffness.
Take a moment to feel your entire body as a whole.
You may notice a sense of calm and relaxation deeper than before.
You have now created a perfect environment for awakening your inner goddess,
Allowing her strength,
Beauty,
And wisdom to rise within you.
Now,
Imagine a warm glowing light deep within your heart or solar plexus area.
This light may have a color that resonates with you personally.
It could be gold,
Pink,
Green,
Or any color that you feel represents your inner goddess.
This glowing light is the essence of your inner strength,
Beauty,
And wisdom.
It's the embodiment of your inner goddess,
Waiting to be fully awakened.
Visualize this light beginning to expand,
Slowly at first,
Growing brighter and warmer with each breath.
With every inhale,
Draw in energy from around you.
With every exhale,
Expand the light further,
Allowing it to fill your entire being.
Feel the warmth and radiance emanating from within,
Bathing every cell of your body in its glow.
As this light continues to grow,
Imagine it beginning to form a figure,
The ideal representation of your inner goddess.
This figure is strong,
Graceful,
And radiant,
Exuding confidence and wisdom.
She stands tall within you,
A perfect expression of your deepest potential and beauty.
See her clearly in your mind's eye.
Her posture,
Her expression,
Her attire,
Everything about her reflects your unique strength and beauty.
Now,
Imagine this goddess beginning to move with you and within you.
With each breath,
Feel her strength becoming your strength,
Her wisdom flowing into your thoughts,
Her beauty reflected in your own essence.
You and your inner goddess are becoming one,
Her qualities merging with yours,
Empowering you to face challenges with grace,
To embrace your beauty without doubt,
And to navigate life with the wisdom that has always been within you.
Spend a few moments here,
Basking in the presence of your inner goddess.
Feel the transformation as her qualities become more integrated into your being.
Notice how your body feels lighter,
Your mind clearer,
And your heart more open.
You are awakening the profound power and beauty within you,
