Without realizing it we are constantly at war with the world. We view it as separate from us, and because it is separate, it is a threat or at least an obstacle to overcome. Yet there is a wondrous harmony that can be experienced as you notice that you and the world are One. In this release we let go into the wonder that is beyond separation.

So in this moment could you just simply welcome what is and welcome what is and welcome what is.

And then allow yourself to notice how much there is still a mistrust of the world.

The world still appears as a threat.

Either to be dominated or to be run away from.

And by the way if you think you're weird for feeling that way you feel like seven billion other people.

As long as there's any identification with anything besides that which you truly are which is both the all and nothing at all.

As long as you think you're a body and a mind appearing in a world that's separate from you and there are others every other person place or thing represents varying threat levels.

So could you just simply welcome that feeling of threat and isolation you feel in relationship to all the apparent others.

And that's they are even and well-adjusted extroverts.

They are in everyone as long as they think they're separate.

So could you just simply welcome that.

Let it be here.

Along with all the compensations and beliefs and attitudes behaviors and memories that come from living in a hostile world that can't be trusted.

And then could you welcome to any sense of wanting to do something with or about it.

Any wanting to run away from the world,

Hide from the world,

Pretend you're not here,

Create a whole new fantasy world to live in so you don't have to deal with the fantasy you've already created.

Any wanting to dominate the world,

Push the world around,

Stand out so maybe others might actually care.

Any strategy,

Any wanting to do anything with or about that underlying attitude or belief.

Could you just welcome it?

And then could you welcome as well any sense that how you feel about the world,

How you relate to the world is personal,

Is about you or who you are.

Any sense that there is a you separate from the world.

Could you just simply welcome that?

And then in this moment could you welcome any sense that you are where you are and the world is outside of you,

Separate from you,

Bearing down on you or running away from you.

And then could you also welcome the fact that you and your world are simply appearing on unicity,

On oneness,

On beingness,

On is-ness.

And again,

Could you allow yourself to welcome any sense that there's a you there and a world separate from you.

And then could you be open at least to the possibility that both what you are calling you and what you're perceiving as a world are merely appearing in or on that which you truly are.

And then again,

Allow yourself to welcome any sense of me and other,

Other persons,

Places,

Or things that are somehow separate from you.

Could you just simply welcome that?

And then could you be open at least to the possibility that there is no me and no other.

There is only one.

And again,

Whether your strategy is to blend in,

Disappear,

Or stand out,

Notice that it's based on separation.

It's based on believing that there's a you and other.

So whatever your strategy is for dealing with that sense of other apart from you,

Could you just simply welcome it?

Let it be here.

And then could you welcome any wanting to do something with or about that strategy,

Including hold on to it or let it go.

And then could you welcome any sense that there's a you to have a strategy,

That it's your strategy,

That it's somehow personal about you or who you are.

And then as best you can,

Just for now,

Could you let go of any strategy in order to be.

And just simply allow yourself to be as the beingness that you are.

That which needs no strategy to be.

Again,

Whatever your strategy is of dealing with this apparently separate world,

Could you just simply welcome it and then set it free.

And know as best you can that no strategy is required in order to be.

I love the Sedona Method and am currently working through the Super course again. I love Hale’s soothing calm voice and this is an excellent meditation . But I wasn’t expecting the ending ohm. Good though.

Calming and reassuring. Listening on repeat to get to the root of this fear.
