Welcome to this guided meditation on love.
So go ahead and find a comfortable place to sit.
And as you're ready,
You can gently close the eyes.
And we'll start by breathing.
So feeling the inhale.
And exhale.
And inhale again.
And exhale.
And with every breath,
See if you can slow down.
Slow the rhythm of the breath.
Slow the mind.
Slow the body.
And see if you can offer yourself more rest.
So for now,
There's nothing to fix.
There's nothing to solve.
Nothing on the to-do list.
Simply being.
You can feel the ground underneath you.
So where the body meets the earth.
And see if you can surrender.
A little bit more here.
Like letting go of any extra weight or burden.
Anything you might be holding on to.
We'll take another moment here to feel the ground.
And feel the breath.
And slowly regulating ourselves to meet the here and now.
And as you're ready,
From here,
We'll slowly place our awareness in our heart.
If you'd like,
You can place a hand on your heart.
Or you can simply have your awareness there.
And we'll be very gentle here,
Knowing that the heart carries so much.
So as we enter the space of the heart,
We'll do so very gently,
Honoring the wisdom of the heart.
And we'll start by sensing what is here.
What is alive.
What is alive.
Is there tenderness?
Maybe some pain.
Does the heart feel open?
Does it desire to open?
Does it feel closed?
And simply getting a sense of where the heart is now,
Without pushing or forcing anything.
Simply being present with the heart as it is.
And we'll slowly begin to expand the space of the heart.
So giving the heart a bit more room to express itself.
So we can feel the heart stretching forward,
Stretching forward,
Stretching backwards,
Also stretching side to side,
And opening in all dimensions.
So allowing the heart to reveal the multi-dimensional presence of the heart.
What does it feel for the heart to stretch in all directions?
Notice what is true from here.
What does the heart want to communicate with you?
So we are listening to this wisdom of the heart.
And from here,
Even if there are some heart walls or some pain or some blocks,
We will acknowledge them and see if we can go a bit deeper to find the well of love.
It's this force that does not change no matter how much pain there is.
Somehow,
This love is greater than all the pain.
So see if you could find your own connection to this well of love,
The place that the heart is sourcing from.
What is the quality of this love?
And from here,
We can connect our personal hearts to the collective heart.
So the nature of the heart is to be interconnected with all life.
So we'll find that connection starting from our personal heart and feeling the way that it is also connected to all hearts.
And that this flow of love is moving through us.
Take a few more moments here and let this love teach you what it knows.
Let love reveal to you its wisdom from this place of felt sense.
And let love move through you.
Let it wash over you.
Take another moment here to feel this potency.
You can harvest the wisdom that was revealed to you directly.
