Hello and welcome to this mudra manifestation meditation.

My name is Catherine and I develop meditations and music to enhance creativity and inner harmony as part of my devotional practice and for the joy I get from sharing what has worked for me with others.

Our meditation today is based off of various occult practices with some yogic elements and also is based off of the Solt by PK consciousness institute.

The goal of today's practice is to realign energy flow within the body and to use this energy to aid in the manifestation of a goal.

It starts with breath cycles with alternating mudras followed by a manifestation visualization.

We begin with five cycles of ten breaths.

We will change the mudra on each inhale.

One reason for this is to prevent hand cramping but also to disperse energy in a less concentrated form when one is first getting accustomed to making these motions.

More experienced practitioners can move through a mudra after every ten breath cycle.

Begin the first breath with the tip of your index finger touching your thumb.

This is the Gyan mudra.

On the second we will move the thumb and tip of the middle finger,

The Shuni mudra.

The third we will touch the thumb to the top of the ring finger,

Surya mudra.

The fourth we will touch the tip of the pinky and the thumb,

Budha mudra.

And lastly we will touch the tips of the ring,

Pinky and thumb together,

Prana mudra.

Not only do these mudras have their own benefits but they will help us to keep track of our breaths so that our minds need not focus on counting.

For the first ten breaths we will simply breathe in gently and exhale fully starting with the index finger touching the thumb.

Keep shoulders relaxed and try to breathe smoothly and silently through your nose.

For the second breath touch the tip of the middle fingers of the thumb.

Keep posture upright yet relaxed with the chin slightly tucked.

For the third breath touch the top of the ring finger to the thumb.

For the fourth breath touch the thumb to the tip of the pinky.

For the fifth breath touch the tips of the ring,

Pinky and thumb together.

Repeat this cycle once more changing the position of your fingers with each breath.

So for our next cycle we will do another ten breaths except we'll hum on our exhales like this.

You can go higher or lower if it's more comfortable for you.

Try to do this powerfully enough to give your sinuses a sense of vibration or buzzing.

Continue moving your hands through the mudras.

So so for the next cycle we'll pay attention to the pause between the breaths.

It's okay to hold a little while with the lungs full and empty on each inhale and exhale.

Continue using the mudras.

So so so For the next 10 breaths in your own mind stay silently a hum as you exhale.

Continue doing the mudras.

So so so For the next 10 breaths stay in the tension or mantra of your choosing as you exhale.

Let it be short something like I am worthy.

State it in the present tense.

Continue moving through the mudras with each breath.

So so so so Open your palms on the top of your knees.

Feel heat in the palm of your hands.

Imagine an orb of energy forming in either hand.

It can be any color you like but white or gold is good to start with.

Imagine that you are drawing energy from above through the top of your head and circulating it through your body.

Imagine that it is circulating between you and the earth.

Imagine energy gathering into your hands and the orbs growing brighter.

Bring your hands close together creating a bigger orb.

Move your hands away from each other growing the orb larger and then bringing your hands closer together compressing it.

Do this until you can physically feel the ball of energy between your hands.

Think of something you are trying to manifest,

Become,

Or are working towards.

Maybe something that's related to the intention or mantra you chose earlier.

Try to create a clear image of it.

If this is troublesome try describing it to your self in extreme detail.

Place this thing within the orb.

If you are having trouble seeing it there tell yourself it is there.

Now spread your hands wide open and release this intention into your surroundings.

Imagine it is spreading out to everywhere it needs to go.

Allow your heart rate to increase and become excited.

Release and let it go.

Release and let it go.

Breathe deeply and let your heart rate return to resting.

Ask yourself how you're feeling.

Pay attention to any tension in your face,

Your neck,

Shoulders,

Elbows,

Hands,

Back,

Chest,

Stomach,

Hips,

Buttocks,

Thighs,

Knees,

Calves,

Ankles,

And feet.

Let it go.

Now say a brief thank you,

A prayer of thanks for gratitude,

And finish off your practice.

And thank you for listening with me today and keep checking back for more.

Please let me know how this made you feel in the comments and all the best to you.

Happy manifesting!

Thank you 🙏🏾! That was interesting 🤔. It was the first time that I’ve things in that combination. I’ll try it out for the rest of the month to see if it’s something to add to my morning routine.

Wow! That was so powerful! I felt the energetic shifts within me with each mudra change and and each round of ten breaths. By the time I got to the visualization portion, I felt it in my entire being that I am pure energy and consciousness! I then easily selected the possibility that I am manifesting! I love this practice and will return to it frequently! I have so much gratitude for you and this meditation!!!
