This meditation is a bit different from the previous, today we will do a practice of looking upon our state with no judgment or resistance. We will ask ourselves the question "How am I doing?" and then we observe our minds reaction to the answer we get. Over the meditation we increase our self-awareness and look upon our state from a place of loving awareness. When we can achieve this we help the mind and the body to relax and heal. Feel free to sit or lay down during this relaxing meditation.

Welcome to meditation session 37.

Before we start let's do our preparations.

Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.

Then let your body come to a rest.

Then say to yourself,

I want you to rest.

Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Very good.

Then we are ready.

Take a deep breath in.

Let go of everything else.

Take a deep breath in.

Let go of everything else.

Breath out and relax.

Into a nice and relaxed state.

Giving yourself a little bit of space and a little bit of time.

Just settle into this meditation.

We can begin by just asking yourself how we are doing and then just listen.

See what answer is coming up.

Just a little check in with yourself and ask yourself how am I doing?

How are you doing in this moment?

And then just listen to yourself.

What answer do you get on the question?

And listen without no judgement.

No need to think of the story about the answer.

No need to go into a story of why do you feel like this or that you feel like this means this.

No need to go into any story.

Just ask yourself and then be totally present with the answer.

So ask yourself how am I doing?

And usually we are so used to creating the story about our state.

That we maybe should be in another state.

What it means for us,

What happened to us that we came into this state or maybe that we need to be in another state to complete the task.

And just observe any of this as well,

Any resistance to just being just as we are.

When you ask yourself again,

How am I doing now?

And then you say,

How am I doing?

And whatever answer you get.

And you can ask yourself many times.

And any story or thoughts upon your state is part of your state in this moment.

Just include any thoughts in the observation.

How am I doing now?

And then just look at yourself with this loving awareness.

Just seeing yourself with acceptance and love.

Seeing your state with acceptance and love.

How am I doing now?

Allowing yourself to get your full attention.

Seeing yourself in this moment with a loving attention.

This way of looking is very healing for your mind.

This way of relaxing is very healing for your body.

This way of looking is very healing for your body.

This way of looking is very healing for your body.

This way of looking is very healing for your body.

This way of looking is very healing for your body.

This way of looking is very healing for your body.

Gently,

Gently,

Begin to come back again.

As you slowly come back more and more,

Be aware of the sensations in your body.

How does it feel to be here and now?

Before you rejoin your day,

Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.

For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.

When you are energized and refreshed,

This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.

And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,

Focused and relaxed.
