Welcome to meditation session 50.
Before we start,
Let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.
Giving yourself a little bit of space to just be.
Giving yourself a little bit of time to integrate the experience of your day.
No need to do anything now.
Just becoming here and now in this moment.
Observing any thoughts that is passing through your mind.
Is there any activity in your thinking brain?
Is there anything processing in the background?
Just allow it to have some space to integrate learnings and to process any experience that you have had.
No need to force anything to happen.
Just allow your mind to in its own pace integrate and come to stillness.
Feel free to also enjoy the process of relaxing and integrating,
Releasing these thoughts.
Giving yourself the gift of just relaxing and being present with yourself as you process any experience and coming back to stillness,
Coming back to your inner love,
Your core of your being.
And as you are coming back to this core of your being,
You can just let go into enjoying this relaxment as your body naturally finds its way back to balance.
Gently,
Gently begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
Before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness for that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
Now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
