Good morning beautiful soul.
So many things had to go right within you and around you to allow this morning to be possible.
So before you begin your day,
Allow your cup to overflow with gratitude.
Not only will this make your morning better,
But it will also make you more receptive to all the beauty and wonder that your day has to offer.
So right now I'm starting to play the singing bowl that is for your heart chakra.
This will help allow your heart to be wide open to receive the rest of this practice.
So try this with me.
Place one hand on your heart,
Gently close down your eyes,
Then bow your head down slightly and say within yourself or out loud,
Thank you for today.
Thank you for my heart that is beating within my chest so strongly.
Thank you for the people and animals that have made it to this day with me.
I am so grateful for my mind and my senses.
Thank you for the ability to learn and to grow.
Thank you for another chance to live each moment of the day to its highest potential.
Let's take one deep,
Slow breath together,
Inhale fully and exhale fully.
Today is the only day that you'll be able to fully experience today.
Live it as though it is a gift,
Because it truly,
Truly is.
