Welcome to this short guided meditation with affirmations.
My name is Leslie and I am grateful that you have chosen me to guide you through these I Am affirmations.
Take a moment to make yourself comfortable,
Either sitting or lying down.
When you're ready,
Allow your eyes to gently close.
And as those eyes close,
Imagine a wave of relaxation flooding your body from the top of your head all the way to the tip of your toes.
Allowing your jaw to unhinge,
To release.
Allowing your teeth to part ever so slightly.
Pulling those shoulders down and away from your ears.
Releasing any tension.
Allowing that wave of relaxation to wash it all away.
As it flows down.
Down.
Down.
Breathing deeply as you go within.
Allowing the natural flow of your breath to calm and centre you.
Watching as any thoughts that may come into your mind simply drift back out again.
Acknowledging the thought without judgement as it is released and let go.
And as you focus on the sound of my voice,
You find that your subconscious mind is open.
And ready to receive any and all of these I AM affirmations that truly resonate with you as they sink deeper and deeper into your subconscious mind.
Becoming stronger and stronger with each passing day.
I am calm.
I am at peace.
I am filled with joy.
I am grateful for the many blessings in my life,
Both big and small.
I am abundant in all areas of my life.
I am strong and I am worthy of all that my heart desires.
I am powerful and I am loved.
I am powerful and I am loving.
I know that I am enough.
I know that every day,
In every way,
I am better and better.
